Had a hard drive die on me and needed the data extracted. Was expecting to have to send it to one of those data extraction places that charge an arm and a leg for it but they gave it a try at my own risk. I'm glad I found this place. They explained what the risks were and the costs possibilities. Communicated well and got it done faster than I thought.

Drove out of my way to come to this store. I'm still waiting for someone to show up for their advertised 12:00 opening time. No one answers the phone either. If you are going to have posted store hours you should adhere to those hours.

I do not recommend bringing a MacBook, they had to check it why it did not turn on and they did not call you back, also when they told me what I had, they did not place the lid of my MacBook correctly, they put it upside down and I delivered it, bad service

Well I think I judged too early... these guys are very saavy & good ...they're just busy because they are so good and they're new but I think given a chance they're going to give Best Buy a run for their money

Called in to ask if they had DDR4 RAM Dims was told no instantly by an older lady that answered the phone (not being stereotypical but I doubt she knew what I was even talking about) If you don’t have RAM are you even a computer parts store ?

Took my fathers computer system to get repaired. It had a virus and the guys were able to diagnose the problem with the same day I dropped it off. By the way the diagnosis was free! If you have an issue with your computer take it to them!
