I had fasted for over 18 hours and was hangry. The staff rushed my bloodwork stick and gave me snacks and drink !! Very thoughtful and much needed !! Thank you all

The people working there obviously looked tired, with low energy and obviously lacked customer service experience and treated me like a little kid, everytime i asked a question, they would ignore me as if i were a ghost. I understand that they only studied to be a medical assistant. But if you wanna act all tired and dont wanna treat people nice because you're underpaid, I think its time for you to switch jobs. 1/10 experience.

The gateway location was great. I didn't wait there very long, and they were friendly and professional. However, the location off of S. Desert Blvd is not as satisfactory. The wait time was over two hours for a simple hearing and vision test.
