How you doing y'all? Cancel the circle K at 1:07 a.m. April 7th 2025. I went to the self checkout so I don't have to interact with anybody. But the cashier at this time didn't understand that I could take care of that myself. Kept interrupting me saying I got it I was like no dude I got it I'm in Self checkout that's why I'm using it so I don't interact with anybody. He refused to let me do it myself. I said you know what bro I'm going to. I love using the self checkout it's an awesome invention. Put the guy kept interrupting me I'll put the number for you I'll put the pump for you. If I wanted to talk to the cashier and then I'll do it for me I would have. guess I'm going to DK down the street. All right y'all stay vigilant stay safe God bless

Went to buy a couple of items and I got a small amount of ice to add to the water I already had in my personal mug. After I paid the older lady at the register asked what I added and I said just a little ice. She said you have yo pay 85 cents, but she was very rude. Also she could’ve told me while I was paying for my other items. I didn’t even know she worked there because she was in a packers jersey. She’s not very professional or nice whatsoever

I stopped by last night to put gas in my vehicle, but before doing so I needed to use the bathroom. It was around 10pm, and they were closed. Completely blocked off, and when I asked the gentlemen if they were closed he answered rather dismissively. So I decided not to put gas there, and go across the street to speedway purchase my gas, and use the bathroom! If your a corner store, I feel the bathrooms should be open, unless closed for cleaning especially for gig workers, who need to fuel up! Do better circle k!

I had bad personal experience here today before thanksgiving. An older woman in El Paso made excuses to not serve me. It's something you can experience here because of the low quality of service here.

Today 9 / 6 / 2024 My question is if your going to get cashiers make sure they no how to operate the lottery machine .i went to buy 20 lottery tickets with the mega ply and the cashier gave me one ticket at a time .It was an older guy bald never have seen him before .But overall it’s an Excellent store .

My kids and I always go into circle k’s to get water and ice. Never had an issue at any other store with either employees or managers with getting water and ice in our own bottles. Today my son walked into this circle k to get water and ice is his yeti not one of their cups and they charged him as if he had gotten one of their cups full of ice. It was a 12oz yeti that he had and both the manager Alice and white older lady at the register started harassing him about paying for the water and ice. I was parked right up front and saw that he was looking around nervously and decided to get down and see what was going on to my surprise they both were very rude and said that they received emails from corporate saying to charge for ice and water. I went on to a different circle k were they told me that it wasn’t true that they’re not supposed to be charging especially if we had our own cups. I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint.

No windshield wiper squeegees anywhere. Makes you enter phone number in order to fill up, even if you select no to entering phone number. Doesn’t mention if diesel is #2 or if it’s biodiesel. Diesel pump leaks and spills. Do not recommend this gas station

DO NOT GET AIR HERE. My tires were low and I got some air. It is calibrated to say your air is way higher than it is. I paid $5 to circle K to deflate my tires. Most likely needing to spend $600 on new tires.

Worst customer service ever. I came to the store and the door is locked and the employee is walking back and forth. He sees me but ignores me. It's supposed to be opened 24 hrs I guess not this day
