Today I had the displeasure of stopping at this fuel and convenience station in El Paso, I headed directly to the rest rooms to find that there were two and one was blocked off to public use and other occupied. When the public restroom came available I was astounded. I have never seen a restroom in this state. It was filthy with paper towels everywhere strewn on the floor. There was no fan operating and the smell was unbearable. Trying to hold my breath as much as I could while using the facility I flushed the toilet and attempted to wash my hands only to learn that although there was soap there were no towels or ability to dry my hands. I was followed by a young lady and felt compelled to apologize for what she was about to experience. I reported all to store management and can only hope they remediate the problem.

I went in this morning to see if they had breakfast sandwiches at the subway inside the store. I see an older lady; long, salt and pepper hair, standing behind the counter of the Subway; talking with another woman who looked like she was preparing something back there. I was standing right in front of the counter waiting for one of them to acknowledge that I was trying to get their attention, but all they did was look at me. Neither one of them offered a good morning to me or a " yes sir, how can we help you"? Not either one of them. They even looked at me like they were mad that I was even there. I felt very uncomfortable. They both just ignored me and I got the feeling that they were being rude to me intentionally, so I just walked away. They didn't bother to say anything to me or ask me what I needed. So. I decided to get coffee, and as I'm getting my coffee and danish. I noticed that the older lady was also a cashier. She must have served 3 or 4 customers while I was getting coffee, and she was very very nice to them; Even laughed and joked with them and made it a point to say good morning to them. As soon as I walked up to the register, she just blurted out 4.50 please; in a rude tone? I was extremely uncomfortable and felt angry at the same time. Why was this woman acting like that toward me? Why me? I didn't say anything to her or give her any dirty look or anything, but she made it a point to go out of her way to be ugly and rude. I bet it was because I was wearing a security guard uniform. Maybe she has something against us. Anyway, I called her up after I drove off, because I was so upset. It turns out she's the manager!? Wow! I said, are you serious? You were very rude and ugly to me and ignored me the whole time I was there, and I am reporting you to the main office. She laughed sarcastically and said. Ok! So, my next step is corporate. This is highly unacceptable.

Horrible experience! Dirtiest restroom ever, plus NO HAND SOAP!!! Worst thing about it was that there was two employees and it wasn't busy. I didn't even use it. I left and went to Speedway where it was super clean. So disappointed. I didn't bother to tell the older lady(guessing manager) she didn't look approachable what so ever. She looked annoyed. Very disappointed.

July 2021, Circle K at the corner of Kenworthy Street and Gateway (54) in front of Walgreens. The Gas station and store are okay. Its location is quite convenient but for some odd reason regardless of its location it seems not safe compared to all the other businesses around it. They have a decent parking lot, they sell ice, there is a Redbox outside it, and the gas prices are okay. You may find anything any other gas station offers. Additionally they have an ATM inside. I actually like their staff much better than the "Speedway Gas Station" across the breach but for some reason inside always seems messy and their usual clientele seems sketchy. Last time I was there it felt as if the A/C was not working. Hopefully this Circle gets renovated soon.
