Recent change in management has caused this once exemplary store to deteriorate into a cesspool of filth and inconvenience. Don't bother going to this one, go to the one at the corner of trans Mountain and gateway North.
As an example of the stupidity of management, they recently decided to lock their exterior ice bins. That's probably a good idea to prevent theft. But, when you couple that with their policy of not giving the customer the key to get their ice out, even a customer like me who has probably about $500 worth of ice from this store since it opened, and also considering that the store is so understaffed that often there's only one employee on duty, and that employee can't go outside to open up the ice bins to give you the ice, it effectively means that they have stopped selling ice.
Take your business elsewhere.

First off they don’t have a working number. They seem to have one but they do whatever they can to not answer the phone at all. They close their cash payments when they are changing cashiers, and the automatic tellers don’t accept cash. Really just sad

This place has got to be worst in the town. This circle K shouldn’t be a circle K anymore if the store is barely open. The store is always for the most part isn’t open due to systems being down, no gas and other issues. I must say it’ll make more money if the store was open 75% of the time. Just pitiful

This doesn't even deserve the one star.
I just left this store and what I saw disgusted me. A city employee walked in with his lunchbox and walked to the microwave. He pulled out his hotdogs that he brought from home, as he warmed them up he walked over for some chips and condiments for his hotdogs.
Once he got to the counter to pay for his chips. The manager reached over to the city workers lunchbox to open it and see what else was inside! He assumed he was stealing and then tried to charge the city worker for the condiments!
There was another woman working the counter who advised the city employee that they do not charge for condiments upon being asked. The manager then proceeded to get the city workers information as if he was the criminal. Supervisor stated the condiments were ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS, when the city worker clearly paid for his chips.
City worker asked for the manager's name, which I believe I overheard as Saul or Sal. He was rude and how he acted was petty and unnecessary for him being a manager. This was a horrible thing to see coming from a manager. Shame on you Circle K!

Poor service when attempting to check out inside. Was directed to use self checkout, but unable to buy ice from self checkout so cashier directed me to other side of the counter where she was supposed to assist. She then proceeded to assist a customer who walked in after with paying for gas via cash. Second cashier then proceeded to checkout the customer who was in line after me. Whole process of checking out took 9 minutes when I was the first customer in line to checkout.
My husband assisted our son to the bathroom and it was terribly unclean. There was urine puddle on the floor that staff was aware of but chose to not clean and instead dealt with by placing a wet floor sign.

The staff are always so rude and make assumptions as if we are going to steal. I am a very honest person and teach my kids to be honest people. So many people have complained about this location. They need to be retrained in customer service. I get that it can be busy, but no need to act like they have sticks up their butts. Not everyone is dishonest. Maybe a word with corporate should get their act into gear.

14$ for a 6pk of beer? No thanks, I'll spend 2 dollars more and get a whole 12pk at Walmart. Avoid this corner store unless you like getting ripped off on items inside the store and the gasoline.

I want to know who the supervisor of this store is . The lady at grave yard shift at 4 am. Is horrible and a big bully . She is crazy and almost hit my 11 year old. If this lady is not fired from this store asap I don't know I will have to make a report . I really need to contact the manager and if she was the manager I need to speak to the supervisor!

My buddy and I, went in to grab a cup of coffee and an assistant name Sarah, came up to us and told my friend who she assumed was a person that threw a drink in their managers face who was supposed to be banned from their store, but when he told her that wasn't him, but then she asked me the same question and I told her no and I've known him for years. Mind you, she didn't even apologize to us at all, and when I asked her what her name was, she got offensive and automatically referred me to the 800 number for complaints. Instead of apologizing for her accusations, she kept mouthing off and lied in our face, saying she apologized when she never did. Very poor customer service.

The photos I just posted shows false advertising. The signs show gas at 3.29 and the pump shows it for 3.37 x gal. I ask the cashier about it and all she had to say was, We don't change the prices. So, who does???????
