I miss my old Costco in South Florida. The Costco in El Paso is alright but the cashiers are hit and miss. The self service is not really self service and the attendants can be quite rude. Also, the service desk staff is hit and miss. Some are so helpful and others quite rude.

I love to shop there, it's quite a drive from where I live but well worth it. So much nicer than Sam's. Lots of organic choices and very good prices!!!

I used to love this place. Not so much now. Too many people, roasted chicken has lost it's flavor. Kirkland toilet paper not as soft. Prices are high.

Good experience here overall. Had my first encounter with customer service and Ana was very nice. Unfortunately I wanted a camping table to be price matched Costco's online price but I was told Costco does not match online prices, even their own which is a little disappointing.

Man crazy deals awesome s*** like for real you going to save a ton of money if you know how to shop and as far as check out oh my goodness there is no major retail store of any kind that I've ever been to why are the checkout line staff you're so damn fast who are the baby a couple minutes in line to check out and if if you got a teenager or somebody elderly that just wants to sit or stay on their phone and not pay attention easy use them as a babysitter for your little ones instead of down in their little cafeteria some sweet little beverages and snacks even full-fledged meals why you do your shopping in peace parents

Costco El Paso has a great selection of products and always fresh produce and meats. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to shop in. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better!
