They have the worst customer service! They treat you like they are doing you a favor or you are stealing or getting it for free. When I travel, I stop at other Costco and they are not as rude as this warehouse. They are worse than the customs at the airport. Get checked at the door for your membership at the line and at the register. The employees are the worst and belittle you. Sam's Club is way better than Costco in El Paso, worse of the worst employees. I pay for membership and the items products and still get treated so poorly, not an enjoyable experience at this place. Also stock is mediocre and not enough stock or product choices like other Costco in other states.

My wife is 8 months pregnant and had an immediate urgency to use the restroom. I walked in the exit heading straight to the restroom. The door lady asked us where we were going as if it isn't obvious but I did explain to her and showed my membership card. Apparently being an urgency didn't matter as she wanted us to exit and walk all the way around and go through the entrance. I was dumbfounded. I refused and proceeded to walk my wife to the restroom. Well this lady called the manager on us. I had to explain the same thing to the manager who seemed a little more understanding but gave me another explanation and pointed us to some restroom in the Tire department. Well, we didn't find it. I was finally able to take my wife to the restroom we normally go to. As if I don't understand there is an entrance and exit. I've been a member for 14 years and this single location in El Paso has been the only location that I've had issues with. This is not the first time. Afterwards we walked out the exit and through the entrance to appease these people but we were too frustrated that we immediately left and went to shop at Sam's whom I've never had an issue with.

The worst experience I have had from a Wholesale grocery. It is vary rare to have great customer service and this location did not raise the bar to bad service. Not only do they limit the type of payment services but they do not focus on point sales profits. Bring a first time guest I wanted to see what Costco was about before becoming a member. Cashier feared being fired and refused service because I was a tag along with the Card Holder. My sale was turned away, with their loss of a sale. Funny thing my spouse paid but the Costco Card Holder was with us. As a business major, keeping merchandise is a loss of profit. So why turn away a potential, returning customer. Well Sam's Club it is, they take all types of payment and any person in the building can make a purchase including visitors.

Customer service at checkout was a horrible experience. I was told that I couldn't pay for some of my mom's items and it had to all be under her card since she was the member I said okay. The cashier by the name of Jorge still kept at it per policy, I said okay again and again about 3 times. I finally asked him to shut up about it and he told me don't tell me what to do. I then told him that he shouldn't keep justifying the policy and that it was understood and that we were paying customers and he told me don't tell me to shut up and not to be disrespecting him. I felt so embarrassed because everyone was looking at us after he raised his voice at me. I understand he's doing his job but disrespecting me after accusing me of disrespecting him was totally uncalled for. I come here with my mom every week and we are thinking about canceling our membership and just going to Sams.

wonderful customer service, great return policy, great products, shopped here for years, they've always put customers first.update: they did away with their meats and supreme pizzas and kept only pepperoni... these are dark times.Update 2/2/24: they're prices went up a little, but they have the only food my dogs will eat comfortably.

I like shopping at Costco, but please, you have thousands of customers, why not hiring more employees? It is unbelievable that we waited 15 minutes for a sunday plus 10 for the spoon. Really Costco? One employee attending the food area, is not enough! And is always like that! ?
