Why are the girls that work at this location so rude like literally all you do is sit behind a computer all day long, a little customer service can go a long way, how hard can you job really be for you to always be in a bad mood

Bad experience here!! came in to get a line , and chubby face girl in the front lied and told me i couldn’t get service because my phone had been reported lost or stolen!! , but luckily was able to get a line at another location with a much much kinder lady. Not that rude one that woke up on the wrong side of the bed i guess.😐

If I couldn't give even one star, I wouldn't give it because it's the customer service, the person who was there didn't want to help me change a cell phone. I wanted to buy another one and he told me no because it was just leaving, terrible service from the person who was 0 recommending

Leslie at the 7500 N. Mesa store was superb! Not only did we get excellent customer service, while she patiently waited for the transfer pin from our former cell phone service provider, she also went out of her way to provide us the best deal on a new phone and screen protector. She took the time to explain the details of our purchase and service and answered all of our questions. She also set us up on the Cricket app and HBO Max accounts included in the plan. She truly went out of her way to warmly welcome us into the Cricket family!

Upgraded our phone today. Was told the charger was in the box. Got home and found only a cord. Took the receipt and phone, box the phone came in. I was told the box the cord plugs into is nolonger included. I had to pay about $29.00 extra for the box. The phone itself was almost $180.00 without the ability to charge it, because there was no complete charger included. Unbelievable

Thank God I switched to cricket, the best company... they offer you many benefits for being with them, the price is very affordable, the signal is very good, but definitely what has captivated me is the customer service, everyone treats you Super nice from the moment you enter the store, Paulina, the girl who opened our account, is a super attentive girl, they offered me a Sam's card and after a reasonable time like 15 days, I asked her for help because I didn't get my card, Well, the same day I already had my Sam's account. Any question or question that is offered to me, she is very willing, she and her entire work team! Excellent cricket!
