Carlos provided more than excellent service. As soon as we walked in he was already at the door with a smile welcoming us. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Very sweet kid ? ❤️. The lady manager on duty was also very welcoming and had very friendly vibes. Cricket has always exceeded our expectations. We walked out with one of the latest phones completely set up by Carlos! Unlike the AT&T store on the same block, this Cricket store helped us in every way. Thank you

I'm disappointed with how they've handled my situation. I also don't agree with their way addressing two other situations my friends had. I will share in detail that one of my two friends I'm referring to had her iphone6 die. Get it? IPhone6! She's had cricket as her provider many years. Never went to see about an upgrade. She always paid on time. When she tried charging her phone it must have burned out. She wasn't able to turn on. She goes to the cricket store and they say she qualified for 1700. But not in credit towards new phone... no so she could buy one in payments. What the hell? Cricket doesn't offer anything to loyal customers? So they'd rather you leave and get service somewhere else because in that way at least you get a phone for little to no cost. My friend had an old cricket phone but forgot the pin. They said sorry couldn't help with that. Really? You can't reset your own phones? It's trash to treat a customer you've had for years that way. I'm definitely considering weighing out my options and taking my business elsewhere.

Cricket sucks now! I pay 100 plus 4 bucks for what my service doesn't work. Calls don't go through calls drop and phone doesn't ring when being called. Texts don't go through either my contacts don't receive my texts. I have to constantly have to reset my phone for functions to work worse company ever will be leaving to a better company that will appreciate my service

Went into store on 19 March and have had issues with service since. Got into a disagreement with associate and have had to call customer service multiple times and they were able to tell me that the associate messed with account and removed applied for services.

I went in a rush to get a new iPhone since my business depends on it… I was asked to come in and as soon as I arrived I was welcomed by Bryan… he was helping someone in front of me but felt my sense of urgency and decided to help me simultaneously (multi-tasking) as he helped yet another- 3rd person)… all the while apologizing to all… this type of employee are very rare and especially in these times (when it seems like nobody wants to work!)… I felt compelled to tell all in hope that the owners or corporate hear about this extraordinary employee- person- Bryan!…

Great customer service! I believe the girl who helped us is named Stephanie. She helped us get amazing phones and explained everything so well! Definitely recommend for people to go and see her to get new phones if you need!
