Jesus was great!!! He was a gentleman. He explain to me what the problem was and was very patient with me. He told me why my cell was not wirking. Why my cell was affected. He apologized for the problem I had with my cell.

Lenny Silva was very rude and very disrespectful. She had very bad customer care. When setting up the phone she seemed very annoyed. Later we went back for a screen protector and she told us to wear our mask in which I stated "Gov Abbot" and than went and got my mask. She than escalated and we began a confrontation. She than started saying T-Mobile wouldn't cover my warranty "honey" and I said that's not true. But I didn't want to argue so we left and T-Mobile stated it wouldn't have ruined my warranty and that I would be completely okay. So she lied to me, disrespected me, and did not use her customer service skills. Be careful going to their store, because their too busy trying to get to their smoothies in the back. I felt kicked out, and lied to. Why is she working at cricket if she has a T-Mobile phone "honey". That's so rude. All I wanted was a screen. And when you try to report it, they hang up on you. So here's your first review for bad customer service and not holding your composure. That's part of your job Lenny Silva.
