Came to this location sign says open, time on door says 10-7pm i get here and the door is locked the store is not even open but reading the reviees from this location make me want to go else where either way

Don't buy from this location!! They are scamming customers! Overcharging for everything! They are pocketing the money. Luis O. the sales rep and the manager Carlos Mendoza are both in on it! We went to a different location on 1831 n.Zaragoza and helped us a lot. They charged us the $99.99 promotion for switching which is correct while Lee Trevino location were charging us $279.99 for the device .ridiculous !!

The worst experience I’ve encounter. I went in there for help to ask questions, and from the store manager told me that I was attacking him by asking questions regarding my phone that doesn’t work that I just got and the service has been not good since the beginning, I totally recommend not getting cricket. It is a waste of money and they charge you and won’t even help you if your device is not working and then be accused that I’m attacking because I’m going in there for help is what they should be doing.
