Went in for a new phone and was not told insurance was included in purchase till after I paid. Trust already lost. Was told the 8 dollar insurance is mandatory with the phone that it's non negotiable then when I got home and signed on with my account it shows that I was put for the protect plus insurance on it which is 11 dollars. So all around, I am pretty pissed that I was not asked before payment and was upgraded without my consent. Its about the principle of character and being honest and having integrity when working for these companies. Would not recommend this location

Luna at 9728 dyer helped us and was great; she went above and beyond to help us get a new phone. We went the first time and for some reason the system was not letting us change from another company to Cricket. She still did everything she could to try to help us. She has a big heart, we went again and this time we were successful to get the line to transfer. I would highly recommend anyone to go with her as she does everything she can to help you and provides the best service possible.
