If I had the option I will rate this 0 stars but I can’t. Place is filthy and filled with rats and mice droppings. Staff seems to know about the problem but are still renting units out units to the public and not addressing the problem. We caught a rat in our unit moved out our stuff. I don’t recommend this place.

They had GREAT customer service and I'm glad we ran across their ad.April was so helpful and friendly and went out of her way to assist us and other clients before and after us. They were very honest about the obvious and explained what to do to better the experience. I highly recommend the one on Gateway Blvd E. In El Paso, TX. for those in the area.

Everything went very quickly without problems, the only thing that took me a while to find the unit since I didn't even have a map. But I found it and they have a good complete service with a very clean and secure lock on the place.

The staff were great and very helpful. I felt safe leaving all my belongings there while we were making the move from El Paso to Houston. When there were questions or concerns the staff were quick to ease and concerns I may have had. Very convenient in location and great on price.

We booked this location to keep our RV at because of the location and the gate security. Gate was always open, 24hrs for the few weeks we had it there and I was told it didn't work. But we paid over $240 for a gated secure area. I called multiple times prior to and during our time with cubesmart with no answer. Left a voice mail with no return call. Showed up to pull our RV out of storage and cancel to find they were closed at 145 during business hours.

I would discourage anyone from doing business with CubeSmart for the following reasons. The keypad operated main vehicle gate has not worked for more than 3 months, and CubeSmart management’s solution is to leave the gate open 24/7. The facility is not manned at night. The gate is directly adjacent to Interstate 10 and it’s frontage road (Gateway East), so thieves can easily see it’s not a secure facility. Complaints to the on-site person, Carly, who is very nice and sympathetic, but who has absolutely no authority to fix anything, result in lots of sorries and here are the numbers you can call to talk to the district manager Randy or the customer service person Paul. No matter how many times you call these numbers all you will be able to do is leave your name and number with a promise to call you back. They never call back. As a result of the gate being left open 24/7, the catalytic converter on our RV was stolen. Carly was helpful with getting the police to come and provide a police report, but that was it from CubeSmart. Not a word from management. And if you think all the cameras around the facility and the TV screens in the office provide security, think again because no one monitors the screens or checks the surveillance video from each night. One last reason not to do business with CubeSmart is that they significantly raise the price (ours went from $212 to $267 per month after one year) with no explanation. I have no doubt the price goes up again after the second year as well.We found another place to park our RV, one that cares about security and their customers, and closed our account with CubeSmart yesterday.
