I recently brought in my RV for an oil leak in my Cummins diesel generator. This was covered during the warranty period. The leak was quickly fixed but the technicians noticed an issue with how the generator was running so they did more testing and found a couple of serious issues with the generator and ended up swapping it out for a brand new generator, all under warranty. I can only say that my experience with this group of folks in El Paso exceeded my expectations. During the time it was in the shop, Mario communicated with me regularly regarding the status. Also, I appreciate this group going the extra mile, not just fixing the oil leak, but making sure I had a fully functioning generator. I would not hesitate to go back for service here and highly recommend these good, honest folks to anyone needing service.

Excessive labor rate of 240 an hour! Spend 900 bucks for a generator they couldn’t fix and they still had the nerve to quote an additional 900 and couldn’t guarantee that would fix it! Won’t be doing any business with these guys again! Highway robbery!

Definitely a 5 star experience. The people were amazing. They were courteous, kind, and showed an amazing commitment to safety. They were very knowledgeable and kept me up to date on how the repairs were progressing. In a difficult situation, my equipment couldn't have been in better hands.

My family and I were driving I-10 when our ISL9 broke down, stranding us in our diesel pusher motorhome. After limping to a campground within walking distance, the part was ordered from Cummins and I installed it easily within two days of the breakdown. I then took the motorhome to Cummins El Paso where they immediately came out to look at my coach, attach their laptop to read the codes, and I was able to leave within 25 minutes of arrival. Not only was the quick service unexpected, but both Mario and Jesus were super professional, helpful and courteous. My family and I were able to continue our journey safely and we were able to drive another 4 hours that day to our destination without any further problems. I would actually take any further problems to Cummins El Paso, even if I was not in the area - they were that helpful. Highly recommended by a non-commercial, family/motorhome customer. Thank you!

Great service today! People there were awesome, and friendly! They took care of my truck the very same day and they took care of me as well! They even bought me lunch! My experience at Cummings has been over and above what I was expecting. The service department is not just trustworthy they are also very honest about what to expect while your RV is in their shop. I highly recommend them to anyone :)

I have found Cummings off I-10 and Horizon to be very honest and trust worthy. I have been taking my RV there for a few years now for routine maintenance. They have always been very polite and communications with service advisors os over and above what I expected.
