  The Represenative at the counter was courteous and very helpful with my transaction and was a speedy checkout. This sales Represenative even greeted people in and out of the store which was good to know. This makes it a friendly environment to come too. I wish all stores had representatives like this everywhere. I will be coming back for sure.

  This is for the pharmacy workers and management, they are rude lazy and unprofessional. I would stay away and take your business somewhere else. They never have my son insurance in their system trying to tell me every month the system changes 😂 I never heard of this and I work in the health field, in other words they are lazy to look up the information.

  Worst pharmacy in El Paso. Service is absolutely horrible. Some person named Erika in the pharmacy will yell and talk over you. She would rather argue with you than try to assist. Totally unprofessional ! I hope management is paying attention, but with a total review score of 2.6, I doubt it. Go anywhere, but here!

  I always have a good experience when I come to this location. They are very welcoming and always willing to answer any questions I have.

  The employees here have been helpful. I've been recently going here to get paperwork done, like printing and scanning. And when I call someone answers and isn't clueless with the questions I ask. When I come in, I'm greeted, like today, William was helpful in helping me scan important documents. We made small talk and his personality for the mornings was not overwhelming. I haven't been a morning person recently but his demeanor was just right! Thank you for your help William. If you need to get printings done when the library closes. Its better here, not UPS or FedEx.

  This is the second time they failed to notify me that my prescription was ready. I am sick and need my medicine. I waited so long. No apologies, just ‘that’s fine’ after I informed the girl I will stop filling my prescriptions there,

  I live 5 hours south of El Paso. My prescriptions had to be forwarded to El Paso because it's the easiest to get to. I was updated over text, got a call back after leaving a message and was greeted and treated with a professional matter when I got to the store. Thank you for taking care of me!
