The self checkout and ATM have consistently malfunctioned; yet, the CVS staff have been helpful with the self-checkout processing.

My daughter is 10 months old, and she has an earache in each ear and her prescription was called in from her doctor at 6:30 pm , I went at 8 pm and it wasn’t ready. So I go back at 945, mind you there’s a horribly long line in the drive thru and so I decided to call to make sure that it was ready, I finally get someone to answer the phone after waiting about a full 20 minutes, and I told that it won’t be ready for another 30 minutes because they are behind. I am so upset at this point I try and explain to him my situation and that I would wait for the prescription in the drive thru until it’s ready since I’m already in the drive thru.He proceeded to hang up on me and end the call. So professional right ?Then I finally get to the window and some lady that’s working tonight 03/26/2024 was just completely rude and ugly (shouldn’t work customer service) and I told her the info ., and tell me why it was already ready by the time I got there.I do not understand how they can work with medicine and be such ugly humans, no empathy no customer service and definitely no sense of urgency , I wish I could say I won’t go back but Walgreens doesn’t cover my insurance. I hope they get new staff because they always have about 6 people working but never doing anything for the people. A complete jokeThen I get her medicine and the syringe (thing to feed babies liquid medicine) is just thrown in a paper bag after they touch money and who knows what else … is that normal to get a syringe with out it being in some kind of sealed package ?

Horrible pharmacy employees are worse!!! Because of my health insurance I don’t have an option to go to another pharmacy ugh!!!

Store was extremely clean well stocked, personnel greeted me and asked if I needed assistance every visit has always been the same.

Only reason I went here to get my prescription was because walgreens and Walmart were closed. I believe this pharmacy knows that and that's the reason why they make you wait 40 mins to a hour on the phn before they pick up. When you get to the drive-thru they are rude likes it's a bother to serve you. Don't like your job quit and go somewhere else it's that easy! If you go down and read all these reviews you can see most of the people complaining are from this pharmacy employees and the pharmacist being very unprofessional. And you can see not under any of these complaints CVS answering back trying to correct this from happening to other individuals. We just need to find another location in the area or drive a little farther in town to get our medication. Shut then down!

Poor customer service and way too much wait time to get your prescriptions. Especially when you’re not feeling good. Just poor. Waited over 15 minutes in line through the drive through. Wish Walgreens was still 24 hours

Not exactly sure why the reviews are so bad but I was helped by Oscar, he was amazing and friendly. Was a fast in and out for me but I do know that the store was clean and stocked up on everything!! Will be my new place to go if needed!

Horrible pharmacy. I scheduled online for my Covid vaccine. Went in and the guy at the pharmacy told me they didn’t have any. Like seriously couldn’t have called me before making the trip.

The pharmacy has some really rude Staff. If I wasn't forced by UPS to use CVS as our pharmacy I would not step in here again.Rude and seems like always in a bad mood.

They used to be ok, now everyone’s too busy on their phones to pay attention. Can’t remember her name but she started to raise her voice because she misunderstood the name of the medication I was there to pick up. Thankfully another employee was there and saw what was going on so pretty much pushed her out of the way, apologized, and took over, problem solved.I believe she had her mind on her next text message and forgot for a second who she was there to serve. Horrible, insensitive customer service.

I wish i could do a 0 star. This place is so bad. The people are rude and OMG the pharmacy is terrible. I wish my insurance didnt make me have to go there. I have pneumonia and Its been over 24 hours.and my prescription are still not ready. When i went in earlier in the day, they said they would be ready this evening. Here it is almost 11 PM and they still are not ready. This place is a joke. This is not the first time i've hadissue getting my prescription.
