If you want your called-in or faxed-in meds when you need them, this is not the place for you. When I lived on the Westside, I had no issues with the CVS on Redd Road, and I used them for over a decade. This pharmacy however, has *seven times* said they never got Rx's that were faxed or called in. At first I thought my ADP doctor just wasn't calling/faxing the right number, until this happened with two of my other docs. All this has prevented me getting the pharmaceutical care that I needed (antibiotics, remedies for a stomach virus, hydrocortisone for a muscle sprain, and a neurotropic you are not supposed to discontinue suddenly). All these times except one, I had to end up bringing in a paper Rx. The other time, CVS finally got the Rx on the THIRD attempt by one of my docs to send it. I'll be switching pharmacies.

This CVS location is better than some other ones I've been to around town. The cash registers/cashiers move pretty fast here. There's also a couple you can use on your own instead of calling someone to help you out. What I like about this CVS (and most of them) is that they're all pretty clean. The items are neatly put way on shelves and buckets around the store. They meds are a little bit pricier. Oh well...we all know they're going to eventually get you somewhere. Lol. I've also come to CVS for my Covid and Booster shots. It wasn't at this location. I've never had any issues with that, either. This location is close to Hudson's Bar and Grill ( they have good burgers and shakes there! I'll need to go there pretty soon there!). Overall a pretty good transaction from here. I also used them another time because I wanted some cold medicine from Door Dash. My grandma was sick and I was on the other side of town and I wanted to get them for her. I would come back to this location and any other location if I had to.

The manager John came out to be very rude and arrogant and told me he can't help me without even asking me what the issue was. I don't usually see these kinda "people" in this city. The lady at the counter was at least nice enough to try and help me and gave me a number to call.

Horrible customer service. Multiple cars on drive through window and no one was at the window. Rang the call yellow button and no one answered the window. Had to get off and walk inside to drop off prescription. When I walked inside there was 5 persons working at the pharmacy and when I asked the customer service person she said sorry and one of the other employees just smirked. I asked in the front of the store if I could speak to a manager and they told me to just call a number on the receipt for complains. Never going back there again.

Just plain unacceptable to have to wait 7 hours for a prescription. When my husband went to pickup the meds 7 hours later they were not ready. Never again will I go to lee Trevino CVS. Sorry doesn't fix it! Since it's ibuprofen I will just take over the counter.

For years I would go to Walgreens but CVS earned my business. First of all, short lines, great deals, and a great staff!

I assume the reason there is no wait at this pharmacy when the Walgreens across the street takes hours is because CVS is probably not in network for many. It is not for my insurance BUT the pills I needed, in a hurry, were $18 at CVS and a 15 minute wait. It would have been $10 and an hour plus the insane wait in line at Walgreens. This obviously isn't the case for all medicines but it's worth looking into since this pharmacy is new and so much faster than the alternative. I am only kicking myself for putting up with Walgreens as much as I had.
