CVS text saying meds were ready for pick up. So My husband was there at 6:40. I had a procedure done. So he went there to pick up my pain meds and the whole pharmacy was closed. I had them on hold & pharmacy. On hold N it was ringing the whole time. No message about them being closed and hours of operation. So my husband banged on the door no one answered. Lights were off and he wasn’t the only one there seeing it was supposed to be open till 7 which is a horrible closing time when all others close at 9 n some 24 hrs. This is only one that only open till 7!!!!

Irma, the person who helped me, was very courteous. She advised me of possible ways to save on my prescriptions in the future and gave some very useful tips on how to take my medicines to better help.

Love this location! I drive from Horizon City to this CVS, the staff is always so helpful. Wait times for the pharmacy are almost non-existent when I go inside to pick up my medications.

I used to not like CVS but this location is the best moved into the neighborhood and needed pain medication after oral surgery and they filled my prescription within 20 minutes

Prescription was sent by the doctor this MORNING. I try and pick up the prescription in the EVENING before work and they say it’s an hour wait I can’t stay for because of work. Now I have to work a 12 hour shift in horrible pain. Never using this inconsiderate pharmacy again.

Dropped off my meds at 12:30, was told they would be ready in 2 hours. I went back at 5:00 and the woman who assisted me upon drop off said they wouldn’t be ready for another two hours after i gave them 5 hours to prepare my prescription. I asked for my prescription back and took it to Walgreens and they had my prescription ready jn 30 minutes. I’ll never go back to CVS

do not use their automated system for refills!! Always ask to speak to somebody. I've had this happen more than once where I will use their automated system to refill and it fails to refill it. seems like nobody at the pharmacy has any idea what this automated refill system even is.

Horrible customer service. No empathy for a child suffering whatsoever. Sometimes common sense is needed as opposed to robotic processes. Listen to your customers don't throw a book of procedures in their face and say there is nothing you can do for them. As long as you are human, there is always something you can do. Such a disappointment.

CVS located inside Super Target. This location is out of my way (15 minutes) but it's so worth it. I've been to several different locations & this is the best. Always Friendly, Great Customer Service. Always have medication ready as promised. Always will to take the extra step to earn your business & make sure you're a satisfied customer. I recommend this location to friends/family.
