Pharmacy technicians are always in a bad mood and super rude. They can never answer questions about why, if the medication is out of stock, they send messages stating the insurance did not approve the medication or that it is too early for a refill. This has happened to me twice already.

This pharmacy is trash, I was in line at the drive thru 4th car at 8:40pm on 5/02/25 and they closed the gate after the car infront of me and didn't acknowledge who has been waiting in line when I was clearly the only one left, I spoke with the Store manager Valeria and stated there is nothing she can do when I have worked in many pharmacies that have drive thrus and you are supposed to check to see who had been in line before closing time and do your Damm job and stay atleast 5 mins after.... What a joke, they closed the gate at 9:03pm when I have been there waiting since 8:40pm....

Horrible costumer service. The lady (the young lady day shift) at the cashier, useless. Bad attitude if you ask her something she answers like you should know the answer. The manager was beside her and ....same thing. They have zero interest in helping. You have to do everything. Using the self chck out is a nightmare. Anyway...Please don't get jobs you hate or dont like. Never coming back. I rather go suffer at walgreens than shopping at this pharmacy again.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Having to paying out of pocket for a medication that apparently isn’t covered by my insurance. Received a text informing me that since the medication isn’t covered, it would not be filled. Therefore I am not even able to get anyone on the form to let them know I really need them to fill it even if it’s going to be an out of pocket expense.

I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru with only four cars ahead of me, just to pick up my medication. When I finally reached the window, the manager refused to accept my medication coupon, stating they had just changed their policy and that I would need to go inside—despite there being no signs or notices anywhere about this change.
I politely asked if they could honor the coupon just this once, given the long wait, and I would follow the new policy next time. The manager flat-out refused, showing zero flexibility or concern for the situation.
A little customer service goes a long way, but unfortunately, this location completely lacks it—which explains their consistently low rating.

The app won't let me request refills after adding the medication to the cart and now you can't even reach the pharmacy. They send you to voicemail and have to leave a message. I'll be changing everything yo Walgreens.

5 people working and no one jumped to assist
1 pharmacist sipping his coffee and just standing there, while the other was verifying prescriptions
Pulled around through drive-thru to ensure someone assisted
Misleading directions with the suggested time of day, fortunately I already know the time to take them and you’d think a pharmacist would know that the two medications aren’t taken at the same time. We were due for a consult and no one came up since it was a new prescription, I can’t imagine my family members wanting to come in and not be educated. They are not understaffed and can’t use that excuse.

If you are in a hurry or thinking “I’ll stop by the pharmacy real quick” DO NOT go here. I have currently been sitting in line with 2 cars in front of me and 3 behind me for 15 minutes. It’s like this every time I come here. If you can avoid this drive thru at all do so.

I got help finding what I needed and someone jumped on the register to help me check out. Everything I needed was in stock and priced well. I appreciated the customer service! Also thank you for having a clean store every time I come in.
