This is my neighborhood CVS and ever since it opened it is my go-to place for everything from snacks, toiletries, emergency dog food and all my Pharmacy needs. Granted the pharmacy is very busy but they have always greeted me with a smile and have always been happy to answer any questions.

Worst pharmacy ever! The mail order is a scam! I paid $20 for same day delivery on two different medication I need for daily life, but instead they sent it by the postal service with a delivery date exactly 7 days from now! How in the world does this happen...incompetence that’s how! I'm switching back to Walgreens!

Very clean location. Will more than likely have the product you need, if not the staff will help you locate it at another store. Very happy with my experience.

The fact they cant even be bothered to answer phones anymore is crazy “policy is to leave a voicemail” or you have to try fight with automated system, like ya orrrr i could go elsewhere get things filled sooner and my questions resolved with a human without have to come to store to even speak to someone that probably wont even be helpful or solve anything.

I was treated very kindly by the people who run the Pharmacy, as well as the person in charge of supervising the cash registers where you charge yourself, thank you very much for that??

One employee will tell you you have an RX that they’re working on and to come in later, so, you come in the next day and apparently the “provider never sent a prescription” when you literally just got off the phone with the provider and they tell you it was sent over yesterday but that they went ahead and sent it again. Either someone’s lying or someone needs to be retrained. Also- if your e
Rx can be picked up over the counter but they’re “working on it”, they won’t tell you until the next day when they “never got anything”. Please work on your communication with your coworkers, as someone who has worked in the clinical setting, y’all are messy and it showssss.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at CVS store on 3401 Joe Battle Blvd El Paso, TX 79936 at 1:50PM, to the behavior of an employee named Richard. During my visit, I felt extremely uncomfortable and sensed that he was following me in two separate aisles, which made me feel uneasy and unwelcome in the store. To add to my discomfort, when I approached Richard's register to complete my purchase, he abruptly refused to ring me up, instead displaying a "PLEASE USE SELF CHECKOUT" sign. However, my frustration only escalated when I noticed Richard willingly assisting a woman in scrubs at another register, despite his apparent aversion to serving me. Reluctantly, I proceeded to the self-checkout area, where I encountered further inconvenience. Attempting to complete my transaction and obtain cash back, I found that the machine was malfunctioning, preventing me from accessing my funds. When I turned to Richard for assistance, he displayed a lack of professionalism and was dismissive of my concerns. I was forced to explicitly request that he ring up my purchase at his register so that I could access the cash back option. The entirety of this experience left me feeling deeply disrespected and frustrated. I cannot help but wonder if Richard's behavior was motivated by racial profiling or sexism, as his treatment of me was notably different from that of other customers. Regardless of his motives, the overall atmosphere created by Richard's actions was one of hostility and discrimination. In conclusion, I would strongly advise CVS management to address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees are trained to provide equal and respectful service to all customers, regardless of race or gender. My experience with Richard has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of CVS as a welcoming and inclusive establishment.

This is by far the worst CVS I have ever been a customer for. They consistently "lose" prescriptions then blame it on the provider. In the last year they lost 5 of my wife's call ins and now today they lost mine for the 3rd time. I was there when the orders were sent in. But yet they blame the provider every time. Not to mention they shut down the entire department for lunch instead of responsibly rotating thier staff so they can offer continuous care. If there were other options locally for me, I would be elsewhere.
