05/05/23 after comparing prices for my medication in 3 different top local pharmacy CVS had the best price, medication information, especial thanks to Miss Vanessa for her excellent customer. I will make this pharmacy my go to pharmacy of choice.

The lady that was working in the pharmacy on 2/11/2023 is really knowledgeable about her job. I appreciated the fact that she tried to get the best price possible and gave me options which is above and beyond. She was helpful in the most wonderful way and I will be coming back to that lady for help.

When I went into the pharmacy, the pharmacists were making fun of a review from another customer. They continued to say, "it shows what kind of person he is for posting that review". I asked them for my prescription since their system keeps calling me to pickup my prescription. I told them I didn't know about a prescription that needed to be filled, but to check for me. The pharmacist told me their was nothing on their system for me. I told them I keep getting daily calls from their system to pick up my prescription. I proceeded to show them the message. The pharmacist told me very sarcastically, "you can show me whatever you want, but I don't show anything on the system". Since there was another person behind me, the pharmacist proceeded to talk to that person and just ignored me. CVS I have better things to do than to be going and asking for a prescription that does not exist. CVS has been my pharmacy of choice. I had been very happy with your customer service. Obviously I'm not the only one that was disappointed with your pharmacists, since both ladies there continued to make fun of another customer in front of me. I guess they don't realize we have the choice of going to another pharmacy.

All around rude employees, blaming me for attitude. If you give attitude I'm a give I'm a dish it out even more! Wasn't like this before. Young workers shouldn't be left alone with out proper supervision or management!
