WORST EVER
JESSICA THE PHARMACY SUPERVISOR ACCORDING TO THE CALL IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SEEMS AS IF SHE DOES NOT ENJOY HER JOB AND TAKES IT OUT ON OTHER. ALSO MARINA OR MARIANNE JUST AS RUDE. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER OR HIRE BETTER PEOPLE

I will never purchase a gift card from this store again. I bought a $100 Amazon gift card from them and after giving it to the recipient for a birthday gift found out the code number on it had been compromised and they couldn’t use it. CVS will not take it back or refund me my money. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Pharmacy usually has been decent and efficient. Today I don't know what happened. 10+ people back there and I was the only one in line at the registered and my wait time was long. Then person that came up was rude when I asked about a medicine that texts shows is available. Was defensive and not helpful. I received the message that were ready, went to the drop.off and 3 + people there. The nasty attitude I received from that person and the dismissal I when informing me that it will be ready in about 15 minutes was uncalled for. When walking to the front to wait for my kid, another aimlessly walking cvs worker applying lip gloss while having absolutely nothing to do. I don't recognize any of these as the usual cvs workers that have, until now, been helpful and courteous when we've been in the store, not only to us but also the other customers. Pharmacy has always been amazing at helping anyone that has been at the register including us. Service today is not the norm. Hopefully they will either get up to speed or just not be there next time.

I would give this a -5 stars but I can only give it one star, that this store absolutely does not deserve , and I agree with the majority of the 98% of reviews and that this store and staff, which is a reflection of management, is incompetent and pathetic! Every time I order one or two photos it takes 5 to 10 minutes to pick up and that's not even standing in line, it's because they can't find them or they're out of focus and it's just the most annoying simpleton task that they can't seem to grasp to provide customer service for. Never, ever, ever, ever, waste your time or money at this store!!! You will regret it, heed my words and go across the street to Walgreens, CVS’s price gouging is higher here anyway!

Was just at CVS on Mcrea picking up my 3 prescription meds which are for depression and anxiety. And I was “forgotten about” when asked to speak to a supervisor due to them forgetting me, she made a remark behind the supervisor that stated “give them to her we don’t need that negativity”. Wow just wow. I am there to get my mental health meds you coward. People grow these balls behind counters I swear. How can someone make such remarks w/o knowing how much a person is or has gone through. I just have no words. & the thing is she laughed when she told me “opp we forgot about you” and yes I did ask for a manager because forgetting someone over 20 minutes is ridiculous when all they needed to do was change the labels on the bottles since they messed them up. The point was she made a remark towards my mental health intentionally to trigger me. And did not even apologize.

This pharmacy never has medicine. They tell you that they ordered it and still a week later, nothing yet. They treat medicine that is critical for my well-being, like if it's Tylenol.
Don't bother calling because they hang up on you.
Just ridiculous

Aaron is an amazing pharmacy tech. He is very attentive to all the customers and is always willing to be of service with a smile. The staff there are very nice but he really stands out. I am so glad and thankful that he works there. Great job, Aaron!

I love going to cvs they always have everything I like available. However I would like to see better prices and more coupons to truly say I saved money . It’s a bit more pricey than other stores however the coupons and discounts equals almost too the same. More coupons and discounts and better prices would be really helpful and convenient. I love they always have everything available. They have great customer service and support.
