The pharmacy girls from Zaragoza and North Loop on Wednesday afternoon were unprofessional and rude, almost 2 hours waiting for some pain pills that I was going to pay for, they were not going to give them to me. Bad point is that they understand that people go for their medicine for pain or other discomfort and it is needed. Thanks

I understand sometimes things happened with shortages of medicines etc. however, when someone just simply doesn’t want to help, is when I start writing these types of reviews. I call twice to this pharmacy to check on my prescription…the first call I spoke to a tech over the phone and he mentioned the medication was not sent from the doctor (which I new was a lie because I was the doctors office when they submitted the prescription electronically), but then it turns out they (CVS)has two profiles under my name. I have addressed this issue multiple time and they seem to not understand and delete one of the profiles to avoid this headache. Anyways I had to call the doctor to confirm if they submitted my prescription which they confirmed it was sent the day of my appointment. So my second call to cvs was to let them know my prescription was submitted electronically, they realized it was in the second profile…after confirming they said they would have my prescription ready. I go pick up my prescription via the drive through to find out the prescription was not ready. Then the tech at the window said if I could go the following day because she “thought” they didn’t have this medicine. I asked if she can double check because she didn’t sounds to sure. She closes the window and guess what? Surprise we have medication…why would she lie and make someone come back the next day when they have the medicine available? Horrible service, I will be switching cvs since these individuals are rude and unprofessional!

Seriously, I dropped of my prescription at 12:00 pm and they said… it will be ready at 5pm. I came and there is the longest line ever. I wait 40 minutes in line to get to the register to be told that my meds are not ready yet!!!! I have to wait 45 more minutes!!!! They are still working on them??!? Good thing I was not dying!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!

Horrible, they always take a long time to fill prescriptions. I dropped off prescription in the morning came back in the afternoon and meds weren't ready yet. In another occasion they ran out of medication and they waited until I came back to pick it up to tell me.

Horrible they will not answer the phone! Was on phone for more than 30 min!! Either lazy people in pharmacy or CVS is understaffing! Both are all unacceptable ?
