Yesterday around 6 pm, we went to pick up some meds and the cashier OMG. She was so rude, like if I owe her something. Another girl was dropping boxes so hard that scared us. Is so sad to see young people working in those places if they do not like to help, just find another job. I felt like they have issues within coworkers, ungry employees đ

The pharmacist have the creepiest attitude!!!
They look miserable Serving clients and they answer and respond like they are paying the medications!!!! Iâm so damn tired of this place but how inconvenient I have to leave because this place canât get their damn employees in check. Especially a blond young lady that looks like sheâs in her early 30âs. DO BETTER CVS!!!

I can't put 1 star because everyone except Adolfo at the pharmacy is great. He needs to be organizing in the back somewhere and not at the window... we may of been having a bad day because I've seen him since and he was đ.

Don't go here they are wild!! especially the PHARMACY DEPARTMENT every time i schedule a vaccine they cancel not even a head of time they cancel at the last minute that's ridiculous

I would steer away from their pharmacy. Their customer service is subpar. I called and left a message in regards prescriptions. I was called back and informed the prescriptions would be ready within 1 to 1.5 hours. I showed up at the pharmacy after the 1.5 hours just to be told that I will have to wait about 3 hours by the pharmacy. The medication was for a 2 year child who is fighting a viral infection and administration of the antibiotic is crucial. I could have gone to a different pharmacy and obtained the meds in less time than the wasted time spend at this location on Redd Rd.

Just went through the drive thru for medication and the lady at the window was so disrespectful and RUDE!!! Even with her raising her voice at us, we kept talking to her like a HUMAN BEING with respect and she continued on with such attitude. Not even trying to help us out or anything! Just point, blank, period, âIT DOESNT MATTER! I CANT HELP YOU!â Word of advice lady, if youâre having a bad day, donât take it out on the customers. & if you canât handle the stress of your job which is to literally HELP people, then you should find another job! I really hate when you go somewhere and get automatic attitude like YOU'RE the problem. ?

Slowest pharmacy in the world. Drive through takes 10 minutes per car. Ridiculous. If thereâs 5 people in front of you itâs almost an hour. Living the experience right now and every month. Go to Walgreens across the street if your insurance allows.
Manager should be fired.

this location never checks their voice messages and theyâre the slowest CVS on this side of town. go to the cvs inside of Target if you actually want your medicines.

Please include a training in your stores regarding empathy, you steal millions from people and can have a basic training?
Alexis, from the 680 E Redd Road, El Paso, TX 79912. Has the worse attitude and has zero empathy for customers, she is rude, she mentions that she âdoesnât have a computerâ to check insurances, which I donât care and donât know your processes. After calling and confirm prescriptions, until you are there, sick, she just tells you, oh your insurance doesnât cover, could tell that before. But again, zero empathy and customer service skills. Called the store and Victor Reyes, the manager answers the phone in an extremely rush, in a defensive manner and extremely rude, come on! You are a GM! Is that how cvs cares about their customers. Now all the google reviews make sense.

This CVS pharmacy seems to hardly care or seems like they were having a bad day... Regardless... We all have bad days and it does not give a right for them to brush off their customers when they really need their medications ready asap. My mom called since she hadn't taken her meds for a couple of days now and they just said ok, we can't give you an estimated time, you'll know when it's ready when you get a message. My mom tried expressing her frustration and they just said ok and the call ended after that. It was a woman who was talking to my mom and she seemed like she couldn't care less. It's not good customer service and it's unprofessional. They care about their time rather than the urgency of the situation. Do better! And get better workers who actually care about their customers!
