This was my first time ordering from here and I was really excited. Unfortunately these flowers look cheap and not like the pictures online. No substitutions was requested upon ordering but this was not honored. I tried calling but the place is closed now. I paid for the premium arrangement and ordered the night before. I am pretty disappointed.

Excellent floral arrangement that arrived on time and as advertised. I bought an arrangement for my best friend’s birthday and it was beautiful! They are also able to provide excellent customer service. I’m absent minded and so when I filled out the card online, I forgot to provide a signature (like, sincerely Brittany for the card that goes with the arrangement). They called me within ten minutes of me submitting my online order to give me the option to give a signature on the card. I also ordered my arrangement the day before around 2:00 pm and my arrangement was delivered by noon the next day. The prices are great. I feel like you get a beautiful arrangement at a great price. So, I highly recommend!
