I went there this past Friday 9/26 and the lady who did my pedicure had a bad attitude and just didn’t seem to want to be there. In addition to that she cut me a few times and I woke up the next day with a throbbing type of pain in my big toes and today, 9/28 there’s pus coming out of both toes. Definitely would not recommend the older lady with black hair and glasses.

I went in for a pedicure recently and my feet came out nice but the older lady with black hair and glasses who did my toes cut me multiple times (woke up the next day with throbbing pain in my big toe) and just seemed very bothered and like she didn’t want to be there. I’ve been to this place before and not everyone is like that but I’ve seen other reviews talking about a rude older lady and I assume that’s her. Overall okay service but wouldn’t ask for her again.

I had the best manicure and pedicure experience with Mrs. Ann! She truly takes her time and pays attention to every detail. The massage she gave on both my feet and hands was heavenly, and she even used hot coals, which felt absolutely amazing. My skin was left feeling so soft, and she carefully removed my ingrown toenails with such skill. Her work is both relaxing and precise—I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Never again will I be a customer here. Employees shouting at each other from across the salon pissed off, yelling at the poor TEENAGER who is working the front counter, the other employees who were not apart of the argument seems uncomfortable to tell one specific lady something and kept apologizing. Felt terrible for the young lady just trying to work the front and being yelled at the WHOLE time I was getting a manicure.

Really disappointed with my service, my friend and I went in for a girls day & I wasn’t able to have an enjoyable experience because the I felt so rushed. The woman doing my nails made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to her she never greeted me or anything the only time she spoke was to ask what I wanted. She didn’t measure any of my nails just rushed the process and glued on any size. When I told her that one of my nails was extremely crooked she tried telling me my finger was the problem which is news to me because I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I’ve never had that issue. She was argumentative about fixing it. She seemed upset after that and cut me multiple times with the drill and she was doing it very heavy handed which was burning. My french tip has no curve whatsoever basically a straight line across my fingernail and she seemed annoyed if I tried to explain how I wanted it. I’m not someone who usually speaks up because I feel bad and it gives me anxiety but truly I felt upset because I’m paying for a good service and I’m treated like an inconvenience. The pricing on the website is also not accurate.

I had high hopes for this place, but my experience was absolutely terrible. The nails I got were horrendous. First of all, the shape was completely uneven, I had gel over my cuticles, some nails are way shorter than the other and the color was applied sloppily. It looks like they rushed through it without paying any attention to detail. Went back to get them fixed, left with a different color I didn’t want and still paid extra for the French tip they removed. Which I don’t mind but if you don’t know how to do French tip say that. I was so disappointed, especially considering the price. I won’t be returning and definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money, and go somewhere that knows how to do nails properly.
