Do not rent here!! I just move here and the price is nice until they charge you with water bill and extra expenses! The apartments are not even the best and they charge extra so horrible and never going to renew a lease better buy your own house and spend your money there!

Nice apartments priced well, pool was awesome jacuzzi always worked. Never had issues with front office they were always helpful and had great events for the apartments

The property is beautiful and the employees working there are very helpful. The girl helping me with my lease Victoria was great and really helped me make a final decision.

I was really hopeful about this place but when I moved I was told my apartment was ready but several things inside my apartment didn't work. I was told water was the only bill I would have to worry about and that was anything but the truth. I've lived here a month and the landury room has been so bad. From broken machines to not being able to buy a new card to wash clothes.It is extremely disappointing the level of unprofessionalism from this establishment. If your someone who is looking for a first apartment or military I definitely would choose a different place to live.

This is a great place to live, the area is beautiful, there’s plenty of amenities for you, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The person that helped me was Brandon who was patient and helpful when I needed some time to get everything in order so I could move in. I would recommend this place to anyone in particular soldiers who are stationed at fort bliss.

I recently moved to El Paso and chose Desert Tree Apartments as my new home after a PCS to Ft. Bliss. So far, I’ve had a great experience living here. The location is fantastic—just a short drive from the base, making my commute super convenient. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful, providing a nice retreat after a long day.
One of the highlights of my move-in experience was the excellent customer service. Brandon, in particular, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made the process smooth and stress-free. It really made a difference to have such attentive support during a busy time.
One of the things I love most is how close it is to a variety of restaurants and amenities, so grabbing a meal or running errands is hassle-free. The area feels safe, and the complex is well-maintained, with a clean and pleasant atmosphere.
Overall, Desert Tree Apartments offers a great combination of convenience, comfort, and location, especially for military members stationed at Ft. Bliss. I would definitely recommend it to others moving to the area.
