The hours of opperation said till 6pm but they were closed before 545. I rang the bell and knocked on the supervisors door because I can see him in there but all he did was turn off his light. A Rep who helped me last time came by and I asked if they were open, she said she was going to call someone but no one came. Very disappointment, especially when I use you guys all the time.

Nothing worse than hearing dhl has you Package. They’re always late and never update their tracking system.

I need to get a job here so I can get payed to ignore people lol. Came through the front to drop off a package, multiple employees looked at me but continued their conversations. Had to yell out if I could get help after a couple of minutes.

Very difficult to get in touch with them. The comunication is is horrible and the website is useless for help. there is no contact to the local hub and the person who answered the call was rude, hard to understand.

Big shoutout to the driver who was delivering today (3/29) afternoon on Dakota Ridge.I wasn’t home when he made the delivery but I saw from my camera that at first he left the envelope by the door and 10 seconds later he walked back and rearranged the envelope to behind the pillar and secured it with 2 solid rocks over the envelope. That was very thoughtful and that shows how much he cares for the parcels he handle for the clients.The documents inside were some time sensitive documents coming from overseas and I really appreciate the fact that someone is handling my important items with care.Thank you.

Just got a package, and despite the fact that I have a bench in front of my house, and a table right next to the front door for deliveries, the driver chose to put the package right on top of some pigeon poop on the ground. Why?? The pigeon poop is very visible, and if the driver didn’t want to leave it on the table or bench, he could have left it anywhere on the ground besides the one dirty spot, which makes it seem like he did it on purpose.

Absolutely the worst. I drove 3 hours to drop of a return package with a prepaid label only to be told that there was no way they could accept it, it didn't have an " end of day" time on it? The El Paso Spur Street office said I had to have it picked up at my residence where the return address is marked on the label. Eight days later and five days of rescheduling pick-ups where no one arrives. It's incredible. Reached out to the vendor to have them contact DHL on their end but who knows if that will work. Hasn't so far. The clerk at the office was idiotic and rude, the woman he was consulting with couldn't be bothered to come to the counter or look up for that matter. It is beyond comprehension. I drop 170 miles to drop this package off to be turned away and told if I dropped it at any other DHL drop off, it would come back to the Spur street location and they wouldn't send it, it would just sit in the facility. Unbelievable. Total inefficient as a company and inept. No accountability.

If I could I'd give this 0 stars on the website my package says it is delivered but I have not received nothing and I've been home all day waiting and nothing. I even asked neighbors and nothing on the proof is deliver the photo is not even my apartment I'm very disappointed and I hope I can get this fixed.
