It is sad that I gave my full trust to this place. 3 months ago I bought a Jeep wrangler from here with extended warranty. Today it turned on with a check engine light and barely moving.When I went to drop it off, I was treated like I wasn’t even a valued customer from here.Even having an extended warranty from MOPAR, which they sold and offer to me.I feel that having an extended warranty from Mopar or buying a jeep from here you don’t get any perks for it.They didn't offer any vehicles for me to use or their uber service when you drop a vehicle off. It’s an upsetting experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

First off I have to say save your time and money the auto body repair shop is a waste of time and just one dead end after another normally I wouldn’t leave a bad review but these people really don’t do good work I left my car with them after a car accident due to the other persons insurance covering it through them and for starters Gracie the front desk rep is awful rude hung up on me multiple times, as well as would only tell me “I’ll get back to you when I can “ over the span of 2 weeks asking about information about my car. 2nd the lady on my case was named maggy, maggy left me in the dark for 1 and a half weeks about the where about for my car until I was finally able to get a ride there and find out what’s going One she then told me cshe bearly got my lug nuts and just order my fender “that day “ when she told me day I dropped it off she’d atleast get the lug nuts then after some questions turned very rude and defensive I then ask politely if I could just take my car out and take it to the body shop on my own choice she then said “yea whatever I am going to charge u $150 for the fender that hasent even gotten to the shop personally I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated nor would wish this waste of time for anyone else maggy and Gracie I’d only hope u grow up

A sincere thank you to the service staff at the Express Lane at Dick Poe Chrysler Jeep. My ID fell down a crack for the emergency brake and I was unable to get it out. I called the service department and they told me to come up to the Express Lane. I drove up and within minutes they were able to get my ID, and they didn't charge me. Thank you for taking care of me! I will definitely be sharing this positive experience with others.

This dealership just took our money and didn't fix our car problem. In fact we have a bigger problem now. We have referred people to this dealership for years. That's changing now. Service advisors don't know how to advice people and will charge you twice to fix the same issue. Save yourselves the headache.

Sales was great, parts was great, body shop was great but if you need service then I wish you luck. They don't call back when left several messages and even showed up to see if they could find out when I could get my car fixed and all I got was the run around, no one knew and continuously passed the buck to someone else. Very disappointed now.

Came for an oil change and tire rotation only to realize they didn’t complete the work being requested. Every time I visit this dealership I have to be reminding them of what exactly is being requested cause they always miss part of it.

My to go place for a new car or service, have been coming here for over 30 years. Never have had a bad experience. My children have bought used and new cars. And this is where they will go. Phill financial will do his best to find the best option salesman are all there to help.

Money hungry salesmen(Jose Perez) and manager. Took me out for a test drive and the alignment was way off to the right side. The tires were so bad as well. Truck was so dirty, none of this was mention on the online description. Got back to the dealership and right away wanted to start the paper work without even asking how i felt about the truck. Truck had almost 48k miles on it and was a 2021. He try getting me to pay 40k for the truck, I showed him, that the 2023 tacomas were starting at that price. His ego went up after that saying he's the salesmen and he knows the game, blah blah blah. He had the audacity to say no one around the area had those trucks on their lot. I pulled out my phone and showed him they were available at 3 Toyota dealerships. He got so mad after I did that he started to argue and talk back. Unprofessional and rude for the rest of the time I was there. If you going to shop at Dick Poe Make sure you don't do business with JOSE PEREZ(salesmen).

Terrible customer service from the Service department.Have taken my vehicle 5 times to fix an issue and they haven't been able to. They have terrible communication and customer service. They are never going to call you to give you an update. You as a customer have to call to get updates. If you leave a message (because they obviously never answer) they will NEVER return your call. Yesterday they returned my car with an empty fuel tank. When I dropped it of it had almost half a tank. When asked they mentioned they don't have the budget to replace fuel used in test drives. The vehicle was returned dirty didn't eve car to wash it.Horrible service overall. I would not recommend you buying your vehicle from this dealer.

I had taken my jeep in to get a recall looked at as well as to have my 3rd row seat serviced. I was told that they would need to order the part and it would take a couple weeks. It has been almost 2 months. No one has called to give updates. Each time I’ve tried calling to inquire about the part I get transferred to a different number. I have left several messages with no return phone call. The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because they did fix the recall. This establishment is lacking in customer service department. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere to get serviced from now on.
