Good morning,
I would like to give a special thanks to Allan Gomez, he was my service adviser when I brought my 2022 Ram TRX in for it service check in late Novemberof 2025. Mr. Gomez was very knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. This is something that I hold in high regards and will share with others that are Dick Poe Ram customers or looking for a dealership that values customers after the purchase of a new or used vehicle.
I am back in for my routine oil change where Crystal T. greeted me with the level customers services that I come to expect during my visit to the Service department.

The worst experience in car maintenance and service, it is my first time visiting this location and I must say that both the customer service and the attention leave a lot to be desired. They made me lose almost a full day and they forgot to call me to let me know That they had not done anything or checked anything on my vehicle. apparently they were waiting for me to call them to confirm or authorize something that I had already authorized them to work! It should be noted that I made my appointment by phone and days in advance they talked about fixed prices and in the end it turned out to be another price different from the one agreed upon by the call with an exaggeration in the Labour! Upon agreeing that I only wanted the parts but not the labor, I did it by phone and when I arrived back at the agency around 5 PM ( I was waiting since 8:30 am) I went to parts to buy what I needed At the cashier and they told me that the part was not even available in that location and my surprise was so great why in any case how were they going to work if they did not have stock . . The person who helped me was Steve! Terrible service and customer service.

Took my minivan in two years ago, yeah two years ago. It was under warranty (lifetime). Dick Poe dodge said that I needed a new engine. At the time it had 148,000 miles on it. They said they did a compression check and I had 3 bad cylinders. We went back and forth for a year and half. They refused to fix or replace the engine unless I canceled the remaining warranty. After having my minivan for a year and a half, I had to have it towed. I got a second opinion from another shop. Turns out there never was an engine problem, it was all electrical. Now they refuse to pay for the repairs after offering $9100 to replace the engine that didn't need to be replaced after all, even though all the repairs came to a lot less than $9100. Stay away from Dick Poe Dodge. They lied to me. I will never by another Dodge again. Buyer beware. Don't trust them or their warranties.

Service Department, Poor service in dealing with Roger. His lack of profesionalism in terms of customer service and ethics. Mr Roger appeared callously indifferent hearing me out. Furthermore he failed to communicate the results of the Diagnostic. Roger seemed more focused on delegating my concern issues to someone else (lower level employee with little supervisory skills). Roger did not provide any details to the delegated person. I don’t appreciate his lack of respect as a veteran paying cliente! Within that context Roger never acknowldeged or so much as offered the military discount Advertised! At this point Roger has successfully alienated me from patronizing this dealership. I will make certain to pass along this experience to my veteran brothers and sisters from doing bussiness from this establishment! So BEWARE !!!!!

I had my new truck delivered to Dick Poe Ram and worked with Jack Acosta during pickup. The experience was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. My only regret is not buying directly from Mr. Acosta to begin with.

paid $380 for a tear down that I didn’t even want! I said i would just tow it back but they ended up doing a tear down either way and this is how i received the car back. they could’ve at least properly put it back together

Have bought 2 used cars from this place in recent years, 6 years ago and one month ago. I trust the cars will work unlike other places, if something is missing they'll fix it so you don't drive off buying something you'll regret. I don't regret buying from here, Enrique from the dealership helped me out even after I drove off, which I appreciate it very much.

Mike Parra helped me not once but twice to get my first car and eventually my dream Jeep! He does everything he can to allow you to walk away with the car of your dreams. Highly recommend him! Great customer service and a wonderful car buying experience! 10 out of 10!

Although it took a month to get my truck going. Overall my service advisor Roger Gallegos came through. Disappointing though on the parts team they took a month to get my parts for my ram 1500 4x4 issue. I understand my truck is a 2011 but lack of communication between service and parts was ridiculous. Roger has taken care of my viechel since I bought it used back in 2015. It's been a great truck hence why I still have it and still look for Rodger. Not sure what happened this time 😕. Anyways thanks Roger Gallegos for taking care of me in the end. Word of advise please have your parts team give you top service and communication. Im sure these parts are not OEM but what can we do for a 2011 right...Look forward to working with Rodger again some day on my new truck for sure but parts I guess I can do orlieys.

Took my car in because I was feeling a strange vibration under my vehicle , they were able to diagnose the problem and order the part I needed . Allan Gomez my service advisor would always call and give me updates when needed regarding my vehicle , he was very attentive , answered all my questions . Now my jeep feels smooth again !

Dick Poe Dodge dealership is AWESOME!!! Hands down they great, shout out to Cristal and the service department for exceptional customer service! Took my Hornet there for an oil change, ended up needing new tires badly. They took such excellent care of me and their prices were unbeatable! I will definitely be using this them for all my Hornet needs. They really went above and beyond and represented the Dodge brand standards! Thank yall so much! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

After getting oil changed and waiting for my truck because I live across town, I had to go and ask about the long wait after 3+ hours to find out truck was ready for over an hour. Roger, my service advisor, never bothered to let me know. I asked for a multi-point inspection and didn't get any feed back on that nor a report on it either. But yet got charged a hefty amount for labor on a 1 hour and 15 minute job. It's unfortunate that because of warranty compliance we as consumers bring our vehicles in to be serviced and are not respected nor valued. These service departments take for granted that without our business they would not have a job. This isn't the first time I've experienced this type of service at this dealership but it will be the last. Beware of this dealership if you're thinking about having your vehicle serviced at this location. I gave 3 stars only because after waiting for so long the facilities are good. Waiting area is clean and comfortable and they have free coffe/cappuccino machines.
