Good experience looking for replacement cleats for my daughter.
I found this location to be very well organized and not too overwhelming. If they didn't have what you were located King for the associates did not overdo looking for what you weren't looking for.
The prices on many brand names were okay, and some were not the most competitively priced. Thank Dicks for their DSG line, which is their in store brand and it is very competitive for quality and price.
Unfortunately, for a military city, Dicks here like other locations don't always have a discount for those who serve.
The staff was friendly and it was a pleasure to find things here that we were looking for. My daughter was happy with her cleats.
I recommend.

Experienced Horrible Customer service during a store pickup ! Employee was watching a football game on his phone while trying to assist me on a lost order . Was talked down to and belittled , and while trying to figure out the situation the employee was talking to other employees about my situation as if I was not there . Received better customer service through the phone, they found my order and was confused as to why theses I store employees could have not done the same .

Don't come in for shoes. Everything is overpriced and the service is very slow. We have been waiting for a shoe to try on for 40 minutes. We have watched many families come and go waiting on any kind of service. There are four people working shoes and somehow they have succeeded in helping no one. Carel took the shoe order and then proceeded to walk by us over and over again knowing we never got the shoe to try on.

Was trying to exchange some shoe because they are torn. I was told I could return them shoes with proof, but when I arrived I was told that they would not traded them, even though it’s only been two weeks. That wasn’t a problem on there end and that I would had to go to the shoe brand to get them replaced. Had good customer service until the end were I was told it’s your problem.

Richard in shoes is the best! He deserves so much! He helped pick me out the right running shoes and taught me how to run completely fixing my plantar fasciitis!!!!! Absolutely would go back once these shoes wear out!

I bought an Adidas shoe for my boy lass than a week ago. He just used it twice and complained it's very uncomfortable and I can see it's literally pocking. So I tried to return. The manager said, we don't return used shoe. I read their policy. It doesn't say anything specific to used shoe. Then he replied, it must be clean. Your shoe is dirty. It was actually few dirt spot that can easily be wiped out. Then I said, ok I will wipe it and bring it clean. As the manager has nothing else to argue, he showed me his super power, "we can deny any returns", and it's actually their policy. So I don't have anything else other than getting out something that is useless to me.
I never saw any store manager like that in last 12 years. I found it very rude and unacceptable. So, I will never recommend this store to anyone because the manager doesn't care about customers there.

I received amazing kindness and help from Noah. He went out of his way to install various accessories that belong on my bike for me. The bikes are all aligned amazingly and appear beautiful. I was also given proper explanations about tires and valves. That makes me feel nice because with the help that I received, I will be able to save my money so that I will not have to encounter any problems if they are to come. Noah went out of his way to tune my bike, check for safety, and make sure everything worked accordingly. Examples of "everything " include the gears, brakes, and tires.

The employee who works for your shoe department, was working today 12.24.23 around 4-6pm, is very rude and judgemental. I was picking up an instacart order, unfortunately had to ask him for the correct size (since only display shoes are out). He asked if they were for me, I said no, instacart. He just looked at me and shook his head, laughing and saying "oh... instacart". I asked him what was wrong with that, and he just kept laughing, I said it's pretty good money, I had made 170 already. He still laughs and tells me that's "nothing". 170 might not be a lot to him but to some people it is. He is very condescending. I also overheard him INSIST to a customer that his shoes were "too tight" but the customer mentioned that was just his foot. Later that evening I was at another store, getting things for CHRISTMAS EVE, and the same shoe department man just so happened to go to the same store, probably after his shift. He saw me and continued harassing me, laughing and saying "what, instacart again? That's crazy." before driving off. He should NOT be working in customer service, and is harassing and condescending. This is not right.

Excellent service in the tennis and golf department
