Had such a terrible experience with this store. Salespeople were not knowledgeable about machines. Didn’t have machines in stock. Did buy a row machine and got it home no screws or instructions in the box.. Terrible service will never buy there again. Had to return it what a inconvenience.

Worst place to buy something, I was literally told I wouldn't need a warranty for a bycicle. When I returned the bycicle 3 days later because it was defective I was told it they couldn't take it back. They only give 24hrs to return the bycicle. They could only try fixing it. First and last time I shop there.

Subject: Disappointed with Dick’s Sporting Goods - False Price Match Policy
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dick’s Sporting Goods that left me questioning their commitment to customer service. I reached out to request a price match on the exact same item from Anthem Sports, as per their posted price match policy. To my surprise, they outright refused, citing some vague “policy” instead of honoring the one clearly displayed on their website.
When I reminded them of their own price match policy, they still declined to help, effectively making the policy meaningless. If you’re not going to honor it, take it down!
This interaction showed a complete lack of support for loyal customers and made it clear that their policies are more about appearances than actual service. I expected better from a company of this size. Truly disappointed. I won’t be shopping here again unless they start respecting their own commitments.
Avoid the headache—shop elsewhere.

Dicks is a great store. It eliminates me having to use 3 different company apps to find the newest sports gear. My only compliant is that the last 4 visits not one person has asked us if we need help. I don't know if you have access to my account but you will see that in 3 months I've spent just under 4,000.00. My issue is that I have never, not once had anyone ask me if I need help. I cant say I would have spent alot more BUT I do know that had I found all that i was looking for I most likely would haev spent more. Then we wanted shoes. The gentleman there didn't acknowledge us and there were about 2 dozen people needing help. He had a horrible attitude and it leaves me asking, why work where you are that miserable? They are getting paid to represent your company and to service your clientele so to be foul is unacceptable. Luckily a young lady came in and tried haleping as many people as she could and she did amazing! Props to her. Also, my cashier had an A+++ attitude. So because of them this review wasn't a 1 star review. Our visit was November 12th, 2024 around 3 pm.

Just buy shoes somewhere else. Waiting over 30 min for someone to help if you could even call it that. I had to go chasing an employee who then took 15 min to bring me a pair of shoes and brought me the wrong pair and 10 more minutes for me to ask again because he forgot and I was not the only angry customer waiting for the 2 guys to “work” and stop hiding in the back.

Just keep the boxes out front like every other store. They only staffed one person for shoes and there were several people trying to find pairs causing us to wait an excessive amount of time simply to find that they didn't have the right sizes in the shoes we wanted to try. Forcing your underpaid employees to outfit every individual customer is ridiculous and a waste of time.

For soccer cleats the selection is good for kids, but not adults. Soccer stuff is all together now. Cleats used to be with the other footwear.

I went to get my shoe size taken so I could buy a fresh new pair and the employee I asked for help doing so (I’m plus sized) made me wait for 45 minutes while they stood in front of me and watched TikToks. After they finally took my shoe size they laughed in my face (I learned I am a womans size 15) and told me they “had no elephant shoes in stock”. I found it disrespectful.

We waited for 30minutes just to ask an employee to get a shoe size, ended up not being help. Even enter it in their fancy kiosk. And ask to speak to the manager didn’t even came up to talk to us. We just left. Not recommending this location.
