Dillards is our favorite place to shop for all occasions but unfortunately the lady that helped us yesterday at the mens shoe section gave horrible service, she was in a hurry to leave and was not at all helpful, she even said to tell my husband to hurry and make a decision.
Didn’t get her name but she had her hair in a ponytail with bangs and was wearing all black, I believe she had glasses on.

Just purchased some dress clothes for my wedding and am a BIG guy! Manny Rios who works in the mens department was AMAZING! He helped me find something and waited while i tried them on and brought different sizes to the dressing room so i didnt have to hunt them down. It was super easy and he made my shopping experience simple and rewarding! Shout out to Dillards amazing employee Manny Rios!!!!

I bought a dress for about $200 and it tore almost instantly on the backside. I bought it for my friend's wedding and the whole night I had to hide the tear and use a safety pin that I found.
When I went to get a refund the manager treated me like I was trying to scam them. I told her I can't wear the dress like this and she said "you already did." Super defensive and condescending.
I have been shopping here my whole life, spent thousands at this store, and get treated like if I'm a thief that purposely tore the dress after having worn it so that I can return it.
If Dillard's has such a huge issue with making an honest return, then they should get better quality items that don't tear within two hours of wear.
SO disappointing.
