I just wanted to appreciate these Men! Especially Malachi B and Luis, they were literally about to close and Malachi filled up my tires with air and let me know they were pretty bad. I had a trip to ABQ planned he probably saved me and my baby sister’s life tonight. Thank you guys so much for taking the time and caring about your job. It’s much appreciated it’s hard to come across a business with good employees still so thank you so so much! I highly recommend this location, even though they closed 40 minutes ago I’m still getting wonderful customer service! I’m sorry for coming in late again but thank you guys seriously!

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Philip at the Discount Tire store located at 6730 North Mesa St., El Paso, TX, and I must say he is by far the best employee I’ve encountered at this location. From the moment I arrived, Philip demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attentiveness. He carefully read and understood the notes I provided regarding my appointment for a new tire mounting installation. Unlike other experiences I’ve had, Philip did not bombard me with aggressive sales tactics. I appreciate that he understands the importance of respecting a customer's wishes. When I expressed that I only wanted the tires mounted and did not need any additional services, he graciously honored that request without pushing for upsells. As a woman who has often faced upselling pressure at automotive shops, I found Philip’s approach refreshing and respectful. He treated my knowledge about my vehicle with respect, which made the experience all the more pleasant. Moreover, he was incredibly efficient; what was estimated to take an hour was completed in just 30 minutes. This not only saved me time but also showcased his commitment to excellent customer service. Thank you, Philip, for your outstanding service! The service here is awesome! I've been here several times even though it's further from my house than other tire stores. I wasted so much time at a similar tire store just because they were closed to me. Go to discount tires! Save yourself time and money
