Erick checked my tire pressure and adjusted it so that my pressure light went off. Another gentleman checked them and suggested adjusting the pressure.
I had had a problem for about a month and the Hondo Pass store was not able to help me after 3 attemps there. I am very happy I drove out of my way to try to get help there.

Matt & Raymond (I knew him from the previous location on Montana) were so awesome about getting me in and out quickly! They were very sweet & confirmed that my type of tire was in stock. I have a 2020 accord sport & the rims require a different kind of tire, that is not always in stock.. even though the facility was about to close, they still took me in! I was so grateful to have people who understand that “life happens” sometimes. I would always recommend discount tire as well because of their tire certification program thingy… cause I wasn’t about to pay $215 for a brand new tire, only $40! Make sure yall get it when you do go, it is a lifesaver (:

They keep their word when it comes to setting up an appointment. I enjoy the text messages that give you details on the process of your car. They will service you within 45 min of appointment times.

Edit. Rick (the general manager) went above and beyond to rectify the situation. His professionalism and strong character showed through our interaction. My faith and trust in Discount Tire has been fully restored. Mistakes happen but when taking accountability, Rick immediately took charge of the situation and did everything in his power to ensure that I was taken care of fully and ensured that safe practices at Discount Tire continue to be the standard.

Came in last week for a new tire, as i had a blowout. I dropped the tire (pictured) off and the new tire was installed and i was sent on my way. I noticed immediately it was still losing air, but due to a busy work schedule i just kept refilling it and told myself id check it out once i had free time, assuming i hit a nail shortly after reinstalling the tire. Fast forward to today, i removed my wheel to find a very noticeable crack. I assume i cracked the wheel, causing the blowout a week prior. I really wish that discount tire would have been more thorough with their inspection. Had they called me the day i brought the tire in, explained it was cracked, i would have bought two new wheels and tires that day without hesitation. Instead, its a week later, ive paid 109.00$ for the original tire and now 292.00 for the new wheels and tires. Why a tech would let a wheel leave their shop with a crack this large, im not sure, but it definitely disappoints me. Ive been a long time customer of discount tire, everywhere ive went, but after this, i doubt i can trust them with mine or my wives vehicle.
