### Review of Manager Cecilia at Dollar General
I recently had a troubling experience with Cecilia, the manager at the Dollar General located at 2400 N Mesa St, Bldg A-Ste, El Paso, TX 79902. My partner applied for a position there and was eager to follow up on his application status. When he initially reached out, Cecilia was unhelpful and refused to provide any information.
Out of concern, I went to the store myself to seek clarification. Unfortunately, my experience with Cecilia was equally disappointing. She was dismissive and informed us that they weren't hiring, despite another manager stating just two days prior that they were. This contradiction left me confused about what was really happening.
To further complicate matters, Cecilia's demeanor was unprofessional; she rolled her eyes while I was speaking to her and seemed to have no interest in assisting us. I felt compelled to contact customer service number and spoke with a Mark, where I learned that if my partner was selected for the position, he would be contacted via email or phone.
Overall, the lack of clear communication and professionalism from Cecilia is concerning. It raises questions about the management at this location. I've already submitted a complaint to the district manager, as I believe this behavior should be addressed. I hope future applicants receive the respect and clarity they deserve.

There's always homeless people outside the store who are high on drugs, so I avoid going to this store because it is not safe.

Bought some hamburger Pattie’s in a yellow box and they was completely rotten so disgusting make sure you check what ever meat you buy here tried to call the store but the number online does not work ??

Today I had the most satisfying visit I don’t think I got the lady’s name but she went above and beyond to help me look (because it was my first time at that store) for the items I wanted to purchase!Excellent customer service and the store is very full and has good location easy to find!

This store is super dirty. Right when you walk in, the carpet is covered in dirt. And it continues throughout the entire store. At the checkout, the checkout clerk just has a small circle to stand in, because she’s surrounded by trash, empty boxes etc. It’s just insane anyone would buy food in this store

The inventory on this is store is awesome, the store is always so clean and organized. The employees everytime I need help they would stop doing whatever they are doing and help me to find what I'm looking for. I visit this store at least once a week and I have never had something to complained about it.
