DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Avoid if necessary! I had a terrible experience at this location due to the manager’s “Carmen” unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. The moment she saw I was using coupons, she became visibly upset, as if she hated her job. When I attempted to purchase several deodorants, she rudely informed me that I could only buy two but failed to explain if there were any options for me to complete another transaction under my husband’s name. Instead of providing helpful customer service, she was dismissive and unapproachable. When I asked to speak to the manager for clarification, she shockingly revealed that she was the manager. I find it unacceptable that a store would hire someone with no customer service skills to manage their location. As a pregnant woman, I was especially upset by the way I was treated. If this is how they treat an expecting mother, I can only imagine how they treat other customers. The company should seriously reconsider who they put in charge of their stores.
