This store, at times, has minimal staffing yet they are and have been professional and hard working employees. Today, Michelle represented their store well. A professional and patient employee. Michelle is an exemplary employee.

I have alway been to this dollar general since I lived here. Now it’s new people and they are rude very rude. I miss the old manager that was there 2 years ago I miss the guy that just left due to the new staff that are rude. They greet you like it’s a have to and then they treat you like you are bugging them for buying stuff. New manager for example always on her phone with personal calls and gets annoyed when you approach the counter and this is the morning shift. Then a girl named Karina very rude I told her I would be back could not find my card and when I came back she already put everything away knowing I was coming back due to me being a regular customer. New changes need to happen. I am a manger and I do not tolerate bad customer service. I would not hire any of them that’s a fact. I am done with this location and that sucks cause it’s so near my house.

Staff is always friendly even if they don't smile, it's fine I get it , I used to work at a DG too. So good job just doing your best. Staff is helpful and always willing to answer your questions. They stock and run the register so if they ain't there don't think bad , they literally doing two jobs at once. My go to for quick things, sometimes the inexpensive quick place to go.

This is a great store, it’s always clean and well-maintained! But the customer service is really what since everything apart! Aaron is fantastic go there on Saturday and tell him that you heard he was amazing! And give him a raise!!

I frequent this Dollar General store location on Kenworthy because, like the rest of its franchise stores, it is a reliable store where you can find a wide variety of products in a relatively small place at an affordable site. The name "Dollar General" is deceiving because people who don't frequent these stores may think this is the "dollar per item type of store," but it is not. Standard prices here, some items at a more affordable price than others, and other items slightly more expensive than the rest. I enjoy visiting when I don't want to be bugged by buying something at a larger store such as Walmart or more costly items at Albertsons. Quality may be iffy, but the things work, and that's all that matters

Love the employees at this store. Always helpful and curious. The main guy there, sorry don't remember name , he is the best of all. Goes above and beyond for all customers. My favorite dollar general ever. Glad it's in my neighborhood. Thanks guys for all you do.
