Manager was very rude and came stand-offish. I have a family member who goes to this store often as she's disabled and this is the store closest to her. Well, recently she hasn't been able to go because the workers have been accusing her of stealing though im sure its only due to the fact that she goes so often - she doesnt have a car so shes limited in where she can go day by day. My question is, why is it a problem if she buys something? Seriously heartbreaking to see she's not welcome and that it may be because of the way she presents herself. Do better.

Many of the low-income people that live near this location on Piedras have reported that the workers have accused them of theft and that the manager claims they can no longer return. Many of the people that this has happened to live on social security and shop at this location. The workers supposedly per pressure from the manager do not want people of a certain aspect (people with mental or physical disabilities) to go into the store. They have even threatened to call the police to accuse them of theft if they return. None of the claims by the employees and the manager at this location are substantiated. I hope that regional managers address the situation quickly because this could result in a big lawsuit for discrimination against Dollar General.

9:52 pm Sunday evening, and the store is closed almost 10 minutes earlier than their posted schedule time. I work at 7 am in a few hours, and I was planning on buying some items for snack and lunch time. Now, will have to buy from a drive thru or convenience store. Less items at higher prices. DG, keep in mind customers plan our schedules and lives based on your schefuled hours. An employee shaves time off the schedule probably because they are being lazy and cheating . I shop here daily and the staff is mostly friendly and knowledgeable. This is a shame, and hope management prevents this schedule shaving going forward.

The worst customer service ever from what seems to be the "store manager". No wonder employees are also rude. They follow in his steps.New to the area and this is the closest location to me, but after 3 occasions of being treated poorly.. I rather make the extra drive and go to Family Dollar. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
