  Very rude employees who dont want to give the extra step for their customers' satisfaction.

  A short black hair worker named Claudia was very rude only because at 8:30 am i asked if they had any reindeer ears and instead of saying good morning i said good afternoon. I was walking out the door after thanking her and her coworker she yelled good night sir while they both laughed.
