Pretty nice for a rental car hub. Wayne Newton announcements over the PA. The shuttle service drivers are friendly. Could use a better indication system that indicates ETA of said shuttle, but other than that can't complain.

This was one of the easiest, most hassle-free car rental experiences I've had in my life. The employees who helped us were friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly. Because they were out of Economy cars, we received a very nice upgrade at no extra charge. The car was clean, ran great, and made our road trip even more fun. Excellent gas mileage. My husband and I will definitely be returning to this location for future car rentals.

Traveled with daughter who rented this car, with me as authorized driver. The good part is you dont need walk to Hertz booth if you have your reservation - just go right to your car, if you can find it - they provide the section it is parked in. Easy and quick to get out, if can find way out of airport due to construction. Check in was quick, however, after getting inside airport I realized I left my RX sunglasses (visually impaired and color blind) in drivers side door pocket. Going back to garage, talked with gate addendant, as car was already gone - who eventually talked with Manager. Filed lost item report - including the car lic plate number, and where glasses were left not 20 min before. Bottom line, told car was rerented (was not in garage) and 10 days later still no sign of glasses. As pro photographer, these are essential for me to work and reordering them will take 6+weeks. Not Happy! These expensive glasses worthless to anyone else. The color blind correction adds $400 to the R X price and these are not easy to come by.

Patience if you want to rent here. First you have to walk to the rental garage. No problem. Then you have to wait in line at the Hertz rental booth? There were ten people in line when I got there with one attendant. They have to provide better service then this.

Why on earth do you close while flights are still arriving leaving travelers with reservations stranded. Don't give the Covid excuse, full flights arriving on Monday with work travelers and YOU ARE CLOSED. Pitiful!!!

I use to rent from here up untill they changed their policy that requires you to have a major credit card and flight plans. On the website it didn't mention any of this where is obviously noticed. Thanks for wasting my time.

Arrived at the El Paso airport location at 8:30 p.m. with a reservation in hand. Was told that no cars were available even with the reservation and given no alternative other than taking my phone number and that I would be called in the morning when a car was available. Never received a call. When I asked if other companies had availability I was told “good luck finding one.” Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid this location at all costs

Bait and switch. Highly recommend you find another car rental company. Went online and paid to rent a car for five days. Once I arrived to pick the car up, I was met with a surprise: $79 more to cover fees they "forgot" to tell me about -- another 44% in hidden fees. I would never recommend a company that works so hard to hide their prices.
