Let me preface by stating that I love Dollar Tree, great store for quick things you may need or want. I stopped by to pick some things up. Th cashier (on the receipt Billy, but when asked he said Javier) was very dry in his interaction, and I understand he did not have to be super friendly or anything. However, he gave me the wrong change and when I asked him for the difference he picked it up from the floor and gave it to me. As I was heading out, he made the comment "hope those 2 pennies last you." I understand not wanting to work on a Saturday morning, but being rude to a customer is never okay. Plus, if a customer were short those 2 pennies they would be unable to take the item. Please do better

There was an older lady buying several heavy items an she asked for double bag. The young female cashier told her " I can't we are running out of bags " SMH....saw the lady going into her car and one of the bags tore....

Today I had a horrible and embarrasing experience! As i walked into the store with my daughter on her stroller, i grabbed a gallon of water and placed it in the basket. So i walked through the store did my shopping i decided not to take the gallon after all so I left it in an aisle. So as i finished paying a girl I dnt know what her role she plays in that store( Mexican,long dark hair,chinese eyes flat face, long nose medium body type.)she comes up to me and infront of all the people in line says youre not taking the water after all? I said no i left it in that aisle and she replied I didnt find it(common its a big gallon how are you not going to find it? )
So i told her what you think i was going to steal it? Ill take you to where its at. And i took her all the way to where the gallon was. She didnt even apologize or anything. If corporate sees this let me say this: Your employees are not well trained for customer service. And if you are the manager to this store and you are the one who approchd me like that then let me tell you You are NOT MANAGER Material! If you supposably ran the cameras then you should of seen where I left it!!!!
