I travel for work I go to a lot of states. And love coming to these dollar trees, but this one staff has an attitude issue including the manager.

Running late to a graduation ceremony stopped at this location across from Costco's to grab some balloons @ 4:38 pm (the #9) lost air by the time I made it to the graduation 15mins later. I Called the store after the ceremon ( 7:30) to tell them of my issue and was told in so many words, sucks to be me. She said after two hours and I've left the store there was nothing they could do. So 4 balloons stayed with air 2hrs later but not the 5th ??♀️. I truly dislike bad business practices. I didn't ask for anything free. Just what I paid for but not to worry. Next time I'll go to Party City. Thanks Maritza

Came looking for a photo album to use for a baby shower. Staff were not welcoming or friendly. At one point I asked if staff knew of any photo albums in store and the associate without hesitation said no. After they moved away from the photo section I went back to see what they did have. Literally, the photo albums were right where the associate had been standing. None of the staff seemed happy to be there, mostly just irritated. No smiles, no greeting at any point during my visit. Quite disappointing. Got what I needed but without any positivity from staff.

Just when I thought I would submit a negative review of "Dollar Tree", (based on several adverse experience[s]@ the Yarbrough/Edgemere location, before), I was pleasantly surprised and so impressed by the OUTSTANDING Service: Professional,Courteous, Efficient, Helpful,(not to mention ADA-friendly), by the majority of Employees at this location (1117 Geronimo Dr. #4-A1,El Paso TX 79925). Finally, I soon discovered that the reason why this particular Dollar Tree has such a GREAT STAFF, is because they havea PHENOMENAL LEADER/ "Manager" (hopefully "General Manager") named "Velia", whom ultimately inspired me, with her Exemplary Leadership Skills, to remain a loyal Customer of this particular Dollar Tree and also recommend it to as many people as possible. THANK YOU GERONIMO DOLLAR TREE...GREAT JOB!!!?

We were just helped by Juan at the register. The line is really long and he is the only one on there but he was still upbeat and phenomenal. He welcomed us and asked how our day was. For being in a stressful environment, he is very positive and it’s unfortunate that the manager came up to him as he is wearing his AirPods and asked him to stop talking to the customers because there is a long line which is unfair for Juan because the manager can simply hop on a register and help him out instead of being on his AirPods and telling him to stop giving great customer service. Good Job Juan! We appreciate you and thank you for welcoming us! We need more people and workers like you!

Nunca puede faltar “lo ultimo” ja ja ja e podrás encontrar una seria de cosas variadas a bajo precio. Bolsas de regalo, velas, dulces, botanas etc etc interesante tomarlo como la última tienda a visitar antes de regresar a chihuahua, la mayoría de las veces se compran puras chucerias, pero no importa es para gastar las monedas que te quedaron.
