Sarahi and Melissa were EXTREMELY RUDE ITS LIKE I BOTHERED THEM FOR BALLOONS DIDNT CARE TO EXPLAIN WHICH ONES AVAILABLE HAD ME YELLING FEOM THE CASHIER TO HER WHAT I WANTED INFRONT OF ALL CUSTOMERS. I HAD TO TELL HER I WASNT INFRONT OF THE CHART THEN WHEN I ASKED TO PAY THEY SAID I COULDNT UNTIL ALL BALLOONS GIVEN TO ME. SO RUDE!!!!! I HAD TO TELL HER I WASNT OVER THERE I WAS AT THE CASHIER THINKING I HAD TO PAY. IF THEY TOOK A MINUTE TO EXPLAIN OH YEAH ORDER THE BALLOONS FIRST THEN COME PAY OKAY COOL BUT IT WASNT LIKE THAT. HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE THEY GET A RUSH AND THINK ITS OKAY TO TALK BAD TO CUSTOMERS. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! YOU DO NOT YELL AT CUSTOMERS PRESSURING THEM ABOUT DAMN BALLOONS!!!!

Dirty floors, messy shelves, need some people to clean it!!!! Won't be coming back. The cashier was nice, but the store is just gross! Management Fail.

3 employees were standing around doing nothing for 10 minutes while there was a long line with only one cashier doing everything, they were gossiping and not opening another register. Horrible management horrible staff do better

I had walked in and asked if I could use the restroom before shopping, and the manager had a rude and unprofessional attitude. She told me I need the key for the restroom then as I waited for the key she got disrespectful with attitude saying she's not going to give me the key that she has to go open it and that I had to wait for the customers in line to be taken care of first which was about 10 people in her line. I didn't know the manager had to escort me to the restroom. I needed the restroom horribly! Instead of sending another employee to open it or just lending me the key cause she was so busy, I was told no to relieving myself! I will not be going back! I am a type one diabetic and part of my condition is constant relief of the restroom. I wouldn't suggest anyone taking their kids or elderly for this woman will treat you horribly. I guess only that manager can tell customers and employees when to relieve themselves.

Good store with good products however the professionalism is a definite 1star. As I'm waiting in line, mind you there's no one in front of me, the cashier that is supposed to be ringing me up had already seen me and continued chatting away with her co-worker for a good while as I'm carrying my toddler who is asleep. I finally had to say "excuse me can I get some acknowledgement and pay for my items.?"Rather than receiving grace the employee rudely said you were standing right there and I did see you.In a business setting its proper edicasy to stop conversing with a co-worker to pay attention to the customer. That was not done by any means today. This is a good store as far as items go however its a huge mess and stuff is actually on the floor in most iles.Hope this gets some attention.

1 star only due to the fact this store needs to do better with customer line management. No reason anyone should be waiting 30 mins to check out when u only have one cashier and the other employees stocking shelves . Common sense would say if the line Is long then stop what ur doing and come assist untill the line breaks down . That's my only issue I have for this location . Happens every single time at this location. Hope to see positive changes here in the future. Thank you.
