I wanted to take a dump and I shet my pants because they don't let us use the restroom. They lezy and don't want to clean them. It's illegal not to provide restrooms according to the health department.

Horrible place and environment! I was with my kids and they were looking in the section of toys and deciding what to get when this rude employee is beside us grabbing everything my son had touched and she follow us to multiple isles! There was more people in the store! That’s harassment and no my kids weren’t doing a mess they were deciding what to get. I have work retail so I know the hassle employees go through

I had a very bad experience. When visiting the store, my toddler asked me to go to the bathroom, so I took her. They had two public bathrooms but both were closed. My mom requested a key and the manager Lidia, rudely told my mom “we don’t have a key” she then asked were they go to the bathroom and she replied, “Burlington.” I immediately ran with my toddler to the store next door. My mom requested to speak to a supervisor and she rudely said “it’s me, LIDIA.” I was not upset at the fact that my toddler couldn’t use the bathroom, I was upset with how they responded and handled the situation. Very unprofessional. We will be reporting to health department.

Girl with the long face locked doors at 9:45pm. Store closes at 10. Don’t bother coming here with terrible service

I witnessed a very disappointing situation at this Dollar Tree. An elderly lady asked for help, and instead of showing patience or kindness, the employees were rude and dismissive. It was honestly upsetting to see someone treated that way.
All the ladies working there seemed miserable and made it obvious they didn’t want to be there. I understand everyone has tough days, but basic respect and decency should always be part of customer service—especially towards elderly customers.
Maybe it’s worth reconsidering how they’d want someone they care about to be treated if they were in that woman’s place.
Definitely not a store I’ll be returning to anytime soon.

I was very pleased to see how clean and organized the store is!!!
My very first time visiting the store in Eastlake.
This store is not as close to me as other dollar stores but from now on I will travel a bit far just to visit this clean store.

Rude employee(s).
I approached one of the employees to exchange an item, which was within the store's exchange policy.
Unfortunately, the employee was not only unwilling to assist me but was also quite rude in her demeanor. Despite my attempts to explain that the exchange was justified according to the policy, I was met with dismissive responses and an overall lack of professionalism.
Drove over to a different location and the employee gladly exchanged the items.

The first time at the store wasn't opened, how seem to be the manager saw me and walked away, staff members did the same, there where no sings abut anything, the most upseting things was being ignored
