I was at the store today and was shocked by the verbal abuse the employees had to endure from the manager, Veronica. She was yelling at staff in a demeaning way. One employee calmly asked how she wanted items set up, and she got in his face, saying, “If you don’t like it, go home.” The employees clearly seemed scared of her. She is completely unprofessional—Dollar Tree should take action. Someone with this behavior should not be in management or customer service.

Store was clean and clutter-free. Inventory was well-stocked with everything incuding seasonal decorations. Cashier was quick and very kind to each customer.

Smells bad and has no positiveness and one of the managers was just on her phone and there was a long line I've gone their two times and that same manager is always on her phone

There is one lane open with 15 to 20 customers in line and 2 other people in the office laughing! Worst service ever!!!!!!

Elijah was my cashier at my recent visit, and he could definitely use some work. His line is always long, and he really puts off the vibe that he just doesn't want to be there. Yeah, retail work sucks, I know. I've done it. But he acts like customers coming to check out is the biggest inconvenience.

Used to buy all my party candy at the Dollar Tree but since prices went up at $1.50 Dollar General and Family Dollar have it cheaper for $1.00 so i buy it there now..

Truly surprised, the store was fairly clean and stocked. Went in for rubber bands and left with rubber bands, stickers, and some Halloween cards! The gentleman who helped me (older black man, I can’t remember his name 🙁) super friendly!!! (It was Saturday around noonish)

Love shopping here, lots of merchandise at a great price - $1.25 each. I find decorations, first aid items, toys, food items, toiletries, detergent, some pet food, kitchen supplies, balloons, etc. They have a nice selection of seasonal decorations, like, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's, etc. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always find nice bargains here.

Uneven area, trucks are tilted to one side pretty bad to unload
