I’ve taken my Subaru’s and Ford Diesel’s to east side auto. They are very good mechanic wise and knowledgeable with turbo vehicles. I have been able to take the car back and get it figured out.

Do not take your car there. Take your car elsewhere where there are trust worthy people. The customer service is very poor and there’s no honesty there. Save yourself the trouble!

He sold me a car that was already messed up I gave him 1000 down two days after I had it it started shutting down on me even when I was driving I took it back to him he had it for a week told me he fixed it a couple days later it started doing the same thing then it completely shut off and I told him he never responded then he finally responded said he was going to send a tow truck for it he picked it up and I never heard back from him again

Went to there web site. Found a motorcycle I was interested in looking into. Wasted my fuel and time to go to the address listed only to find that wasn't the right location. Then when I get to the other location I'm informed the motorcycle was gone. Still on the site though. Clearly incompetent management and web page management.

This is definitely the best used auto dealership I have ever done business with. There is always clear communication between dealership and I. No surprises and best of all they have really good cars. I have purchased 2 vehicles already and they still run great. Definitely recommend. Veronica, Gabriel and the owner Tony have always been amazing people. Love this place.
