Really good experience I bought their strawberry arrangements and flowers twice now. I had them delivered to my address. As long as you call the store for updates on ur order there's no need to worry and their instructions for delivery times is properly typed on their page.

The product itself was good and my order did arrive, so no major issue there. My main concern was the customer service. I called because the website showed my order had not been made yet, and the call felt rushed and dismissive. Everything worked out in the end, but the communication could have been better.

Ordered for a birthday and paid a good amount for an arrangement. The arrangement was nice but the cantaloupe, honey dew, and some of the strawberries were not ripe at all and were hard. The only thing that recipient was able to eat was the pineapple. Won't be ordering again.
