Customer service beforehand is awesome. The salesman who helped us was polite and professional . But the lack of communication after the loan shopping begins is very frustrating.. It was disappointing to have to call in and text repeatedly to get an update.

The most god-awful commercial that makes me want to throw the radio across the room. You are unable to even look at their vehicle inventory online! You've gotta submit your information so a salesperson can "contact" you. Really??

Seems to me, I'm not the only one facing a horrible time with this car lot. When I went into this car lot for the very first time, I spoke with the salesman openly and advised him, my credit was low and I was working on building it. He showed me different car's and got me to fall in love with one of them. He ran my credit and came back telling me, I had to come up with $4000. At that time, I was willing to save EVERY check of mine to take them that amount. Once we discussed a game plan, he comes back to tell me, I only have 30 day's to get the fund's together. I left there very disappointed. I spent my last $1.50 on the bus and had to walk for two hour's before another bus came around. My second time returning to them was in March and I didn't even want to go. My best friend at the time, told me I could trade my car in with them even though I was still making payments. So I went there, spoke to them about my current car note & how I didn't mind going a bit over, allowed them to run my information & looked at different car's. I was told the same exact information. "We will need $4000 down". Now today they contact me via Facebook with their Nickel Pickel deal... But for what?!
Whomever goes here and gets into a car, I know for a fact, they're not driving off the lot with only $5 or $7 down. Nor are they driving off the lot with .05 cents down. This car lot is NOT for the people! Their lenders require PERFECT credit! Not everyone has PERFECT credit....

Worst place ever was there all day for car that should been done innlike 2hrs they tell me i can get car 10cents down or 25$ and while im waiting the dealer is helping other people and forgetting bout me hours and hours waiting and i tell them i dont have a license to begin with told them that i can get it next month after so and so much is paid give me plates for week to get my license ran into some issues because im out state and then tell me the bank needs you sigm something statinf that ill be getting my license an well i go the gut that sold me the car tells me jus getting paperwork printed for me sign statinfg i am getting my license and then hours again pass by theb this younger guy comes and gets ne takez me to a room n says that it wasnt the babk that had limit it was them and they barely gave me a week to get it then took my car an i was trying to get my friend into car an one the girls working said she was gonna help us get my car back for little longer and there we are waiting an hr or more an we get up to see what she has say an she forgets all bout me and is jus trying sell my friend this n that car

? got a 2017 Hyundai about 3 weeks ago. Already put about 800 bucks into maintenance and repairs,come to find out it was involved in a crash. Nobody can help me there. I hope the engine light doesn't pop on or something before I can make my 1st payment!

This place sucks. Please don't trust them. They never mention that for one day. Be careful, one day late in payment they go and take your car without returning a single cent, they don't give you a chance to do anything. The damn thieves did it to me.

This advertisement that they're doing on the radio station is nothing but a scam, they advertise that they can get you your down payment for $0.10 and that's a total lie, that's just to get you down there so they can run your credit multiple times ,make your credit score go down and then lie that you need a bigger down payment. Then they pull a credit score from some but Experian, Equifax, and Transunion. This is my second time going there and it will be my last . Barry did NOT help or call me back either. I had to call him each time. This place is not for the people and they do not listen.

When I went there I had been pre-quilified and they told me I could get approved for "any car in the lot". So I go in happy and excited and no one would tell me the price of amy car saying that "they don't have prices, we go by what you can afford" and that sounded way too good to be true, because it was. So when I tried to look at different cars the dealer didn't let me look, he made me get on a car I wasn't into and made me do a test drive.

Went in & told the salesman right away about how much I can afford and do & was trying to pressure me into buying a car that wasn't even there. Couldn't get the payments I wanted so couldn't make a deal & the salesman got mad & just left me and stopped helping me. Didn't even bother to shake my hand after
