I am a loyal lifetime Honda owner and dealerships like this are bad for the Honda name. They do not represent the quality standards that should be upheld by any Honda dealer. I took in my 2015 Honda Accord EX-L for what I know was not a major issue. I've owned nothing but Honda's and Acura's, all manual vehicles. This dealership tried to tell me they "recommend" replacing the full clutch assembly which was only one year old with less than 15000 miles on it. I did not have the time to diagnose the vehicle myself but knew it wasn't the clutch. They even had the audacity to tell me they could not diagnose the vehicle and I would not be charged but they still stood by there word that the clutch needed to be replaced, even the service manager told this to Honda Customer Service. All shady business practices so they can get as much money as possible from the customer. Ended up towing my vehicle again from El Paso Honda to Transmissions of El Paso and he fixed my vehicle in 2 days after finding the actual problem. The clutch master cylinder had failed and now my vehicle is back to 100%. I highly recommend finding a good mechanic in El Paso for your Honda and never trust this dealer with your vehicle.

Very nice team to work with John Celaya was a very good salesman and I feel like I walked away with a great deal! They didn’t try to get me to “sign” to look at prices and financing. As a female I didn’t feel looked down on they treated me like a valued customer and didn’t overlook me. Great experience!

Awesome experience purchasing my vehicle from Adrian Escobedo at El Paso Honda. He is professional, smart, friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. He helped in giving me the most money for my trade-in. Also gave me a great discount and add-ons for the 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid I purchased. So awesome! So happy with my new car.

Worse customer service I ever experienced from a dealership. Every time I come here, I experience the same poor service. The service reps need to be trained on communicating with customers throughout the servicing process. A customer should not have call repeatedly call the service department to check on the status of their vehicle. And it would help if the service department answer the phones. My service rep called and left a message that my vehicle was ready and he was going to lunch for a hour (3:01pm). I arrived at the dealership at 4:05pm and Paul (service rep) was not around and no other service rep was willing to help out. Paul showed up around 5:05pm stating he was in a accident. I guess he did not have to call in and tell someone he was going to be delayed. And I do not know why they have a online request for services when you show up at the dealer, they do not know that you have a scheduled appointment and reason for appointment. Checkin is done with pen and paper.

Had a wonderful experience here. I recommend asking for Memo. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the car you want with the best deal in his power. Top notch communication! I truly appreciate the efforts of Memo and his manager Fernie for making this typically stressful situation an easy one. I am in LOVE with my new CRV!!

Ok, so I’ll make this quick for everyone. Dealing with Honda of El Paso was super quick and easy. Yes, you might have to put a deposit on the car you want, but so worth the wait. Also, ask for Memo, his attention to detail and communication was beyond what we could have asked for! Can’t forget Fernie, the new car manager was easy to talk and deal with as well!

Danny Martinez is an amazing salesperson. I gave him a very specific description of the car i wanted and he delivered! He was patient and very communicative showing me any options that came his way, and when it came time to make a deal he gave me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend working with Danny if you want someone that’s going to deliver to you exactly what you want!

Chris Maldonado has always taken care of my family-- we've bought 4 cars from El Paso Honda from 2019 to now and he has always made sure we get the best bang for our buck. We've gone to other car dealerships and it seems that they're only worried about sales & not the goodwill of the customer--that's not the case here. All other interactions have been pleasant as well- Aaron has also helped us in the past and remembers us every time we come back.Hospitality and INTEGRITY here is definitely a plus.

He continued to help us after the purchase. He installed the car license plates when they arrived. We had the best experience at El Paso Honda.

There needs to be cameras to ensure the safety of all Honda owners. There tends to be trends on certain Honda owners having issues with radios, batteries, and whatever else that is expensive and requires man hours. FYI if the mechanics don't get work they don't get any pay. Would someone that don't like certain demographics purposely damage their vehicle to make it appear like they're a good tech and to recieve a higher pay check? Lies and exscuses does not remove the substance of facts compared to perception. BIAS and bigotry only works in the right environments... the truth however simply remains the truth. If people get away with wronging people longing enough they set trends and do not care because of their blind hate. Parts have been removed from our vehicle to include audio components and no one to include Honda wants to accept responsobility... we do not have to steal... we live below our means in an apartment and still pay taxes so...yeah facts are facts2017 touring less than 59,000 milesAlways got maintenance done at HondaHave had screws removed from the dash for no reasonHave had radio components removed and replaced with bottom trim equipmentHave had to stay from morning to almost closing for appointment Turned vehicle in to a Honda dealership for cosmetic repairs and paint instead vehicle was kept for over 2 months with no work done and more damage cause by their staff. All these issues did not occur at this location alone but needs to be noted together to show a trend in HONDA services.Just discovered the trunk fob wires were never properly soldered from HondaThe trunk fob switch did not have any solder on the contacts and were never soldered from manufacturer. Now issues supposedly with trunk actuator...smh....now I need to buy trunk actuator... lol.. yeah it's been an experience no one should have to experience....exscuse after exscuse wear and tear...on a vehicle hardly ever used and definitely maintained.. gonna consolidate maintenance cost and update smh....Have to shoot down lies and exscuses before they come.1) After market system does not have anything to do with the wrong part numbers of equipment.2)every repair requires another repair on something not involved...exscuse wear and tear.3) Audio parts on vehicle do not match parts for vin number in honda system at a different location.4) technicians simply say they didn't do something and it is all agreed upon. While my family has to keep wrongfully paying for services...5) 2017 vehicle with 2014 data log in the computer in the middle of the 2017 data logs... abs the computer data log no longer records info... last date recording was in 2017. Smh also around the time the vehicle was in one of Honda shops.
